Great atmosphere, free breakfast was good with ultra friendly staff.
The elevator was incredibly slowww so we would take the staircase down and only used the elevator going up, periodically it would not function, don't pick a high floor like I did ; (
The taxi that the hotel called for us sometimes was alot dearer, taxi had no markings and no meter.
Bed was hard, no springs in the mattresses.just solid.
WiFi was good on 4th floor.
No microwave or kettle but had a fridge and a balcony about 1.5m x 3.5m long.

Lovely hotel with a view near BKK. Wifi. Aircon rooms. Easy access via Grab/Taxi. Staff delightful. Lift and stair access to upper levels.

Everything is good here. They do have a bit of an ant problem all over the bathroom. It was an issue for be because I needed a clean space to treat my injuries and I spent too much time riving ants to keep them off my medical supplies.

A very good hotel for a short rest before continuing our journey.we had a flight at 2.30 so we checked in around 15.00, a short relaxation, bath and onward journey.

The reception worker deceived me, I made my reservation incorrectly by having the wrong days, I called twice to explain the problem and she told me that nothing was wrong, I should go to the hotel. When I arrived with my flight the next day he told me that I had to pay again and I had lost my money.

After checking out on two occasions that I was not going to have any problem with the date change, when I am at the hotel reception they tell me that I have to pay again for one more night, thus losing the money, embarrassing.

A room was taken by mistake a month later after calling repeatedly to change it and telling us that there was no problem with the change, once at the reception they say that it cannot be changed and that we have to pay for another night

Nice service. There is an elevator. Clean room, 2 beds. There is a fridge, air conditioning and TV. Nice bathroom. Water a bit too cold.for bathing. Lake view from the room. Nice balcony. Table and 2 chairs. Hotel clean and well maintained. Not far from the airport. I recommend!

Stayed here for one night to get to the airport in the morning, it was close to the airport, we arrived in middle of the night and left very early in the morning, the staff didn’t speak English except for the lady was helping us to call the cab! Thank you! Although we had very limit amount of time but we made it!

Near airport 80-100 baht by bolt reception old lady veery very dont understand even a few words of English rooms have a lots of mosquitos and not good light in room also no kettle in room and bad area near shops need walk 20 min

Price vs quality is good! Everything is clean and well made. Beds are a little hard though and bicycle only for halve an hour free

Für den letzten Tag vor Abflug vom BKK Flughafen nach Deutschland gebucht. War sehr sauber. Frühstück ok. WLAN gut. Taxi von Resort zum Flughafen 150 Baht pro Person. Da Thailand aber sehr überlaufen war zu meiner Reisezeit (es hatte keine Full Moon Party stattgefunden! / hatte einen 16 tägigen Aufenthalt auf Koh Phangan) werde ich das Land vorerst weniger bereisen. Zudem war ich ja auch schon sehr oft dort. -)

Family run hotel. Very friendly staff. Conveniently close to the airport (150-200 thb by taxi). Clean rooms. Good price/quality. Nothing special otherwise, but convenient for a layover between flights. Thai breakfast with fried rice, noodles and fruit for reasonable price. Two minor downsides: only instant coffee at breakfast ;), and the mattress was very very hard, even for Thai standards.

Check in was a breeze. The staff was friendly and spoke good English. The room was small but very clean, I loved having the balcony and the lake was very pretty. The towels were very soft, although the beds were a bit on the firm side. The shower heater did not work which was disappointing, but the AC kept us very comfortable. There is someone there at all times for checkout which was also easy. A taxi ride to the airport was about 200 THB and 7 minutes.

Clean, good food, staff very customer oriented. Just one negative- internet didnt work besides reception/restaurant

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL

When we arrived late evening, nobody spoke English and the alleged restaurant at the hotel was also closed. The room was really ecklig (especially the bathroom) and the bed really rock hard so sleep was out of the question. Wifi doesn't work in all hotel rooms. On request at the front desk to move to another room unfortunately they're not helped at all, so we had to look for another hotel at night. The worst one was when we wait the taxi to find another hotel the owner rudely ask the staff to closed entrance gate so we have to wait on narrow Street which dark and dirty - as a Traveller I would not choose this hotel again!

Hotel is ok. But location is very poor. It's far away from Bangkok main city. But it's near to airport. Very quite place with no shops nearby.

You get what you pay for I guess.
The hotel is not as close to the airport as it looks and the only way to get there is by taxi (about 100 baht). (almost) impossible to walk there. Scetchy area.
Staff is OK. It seems like they are putting in effort to make it a nice hotel and nice experience (open taxi door when you arrive, bring you to your room) but all in all it was not great. But then again it is cheap and had A/C and a good shower.
