Marigold Hotel Sukhumvit

Clean hotel without noise. Good connection to the train, so you can get to the center relatively quickly.

We checked in to MariGold hotel on 12th November 2023 and we will check out on Monday (Day after tomorrow 20/11/2023). So, this is our 07th day staying here.

I have a wonderful experience at the MariGold hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.

I enjoy my seven night stay, the room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel is very handy for metro, bus and sky train to the airport. They provide free transportation to the Sky Train. And especially, I experience free bicycle ride everyday. The swimming pool is very beautiful and the water therapy is amazing.

The bathroom was not very clean and full of mold. Very loud in the night don't have any rules for nighttime to be quiet. And the view was seeing the neighbours washed clothes. We have a bad experience there

Very well located Hotel, with very good service staff. The facilities are very good and well maintained. Everything that is needed is very handy, from street food, cafes, restaurants. Lots of retail stores small and large. Reminds me of the old Bangkok retailing. Train rail, buses, tok toks, grab bikes and taxis are right at your door. Doctor surgeries, dentists and no waiting. All this and yet from your room, it's peace and quite. The rooms are well appointed. Great spot by the pool when the water falls operating, peaceful and relaxing. They also have an area where you can wash your own clothes. I enjoyed my stay.

The ambience is good, the room size is big, and they provide small balcony, cleanliness also perfect, but location is too far for everything for me, i walking a lot even for food.

Nice hotel with attentive workers who were helpful during my stay. I will stay here again when I go in a few months.

Eine absolute Preis-Leistungs-Empfehlung: Der gebotene Standard ist für den Preis total ausreichend. Frühstück: Buffet mit warmen asiatischen Komponenten, Würstchen, Ei, frischem Obst, Toast und Müsli. Die Sky-Train und ein Einkaufscenter ist in der Nähe. Dort ist Eat Am Are zu empfehlen. Besonders hervorzuheben, ist der Service: Zimmer wird während man beim Frühstück ist, in Windeseile auf Vordermann gebracht, und Shuttle-Service zur BTS-Station wurde uns bei der Abreise angeboten. (Glaub' der fährt auch auch so regelmäßig dort hin). Wer also damit leben kann, ein wenig abseits, im vllt.nicht perfekten Umfeld zu sein, und sich vor Bahnfahren nicht scheut, dem sei dieses Hotel ans Herz gelegt.

Its a combination of good room, gym and pool.
But away from everything, mall, grocery, party and attractions. You’ll have to commute or taxi.
Food was ok but not allot of options, so dont buy the breakfast included, look for the options first then buy per day.
Plus their food is not warm.
Not too many vegetarian options.

Perks is you can do your own laundry for a cheaper price.
Parking for car and motorcycles.
The gym is good, but needs cleaning.
The room is clean and still functional.
THE SERVICE IS EXCELLENT.

(+) large rooms, large fridge, cool aircon, close to 7/11, big c, bts - friendly staff
(-) one elevator, poor sound insulation from every direction, ROCK hard bed, pool unavailable on my first day

We booked the Marigold for a few nights after our arrival in Bangkok while looking around for a condo. It was a really good experience and we would definitely stay there again if we need a hotel near Samrong. The staff were friendly and helpful and the large rooms were bright, clean and well maintained. It’s also excellent value for money and near the the local markets and BTS.

If you have to check in after 8 30 pm, you have to let them know about it in advance. No 24/7 concierge. They ask you the deposit for 1000THB per room when you check in.
Also, they offer the free shuttle to near BTS, even Bangna where BITEC is located. Only in the morning (7-11 am if I recall correctly)
Taxi driver might not know to get the direction of hotel so it would be better to prepare Thai address as well.

Other than above, great hotel. BIG C food yard is on 4th floor and their foods are okay. Also there are great local venues on the street if you are into the local experience.

Decent Hotel, Nice and clean rooms, Well Maintained, Good Hospitality.

Gym, Swimming Pool etc services available. Walking distance (within one km) to Bus stop, Metro station and shopping mall. Shuttle service available for Metro Station drop in the morning based on pre-reservation.

Washing machines are available for laundry (on paid basis). Water RO machine is also available.

The hotel is indescribable! It’s flawless. The view is remarkable. Although the hotel is cheap, but the extravagant decorations present the luxurious feeling. The staffs are amicable and genuine. It’s very convenient to travel to other places in Bangkok since the location is not far from BTS. I’m quite confused for the others that complained about absurd things. You’d better stay at 10,000 baht per night hotel instead if you really want a millionaire vibe. This hotel gives me more than just an ordinary 4-stars hotel should tho.

ห้องกว้าง สะอาด พนักงานบริการและดูแลดีมากค่ะ เดินทางสะดวกไม่ไกลจากห้างและบีทีเอสมากนัก ราคาไม่แพงมาก คุ้มค่ามากๆ ค่ะ

ทุกอย่างโอเครเลย ชอบ แต่ที่ควรปรับปรุงเรื่องแอร์ ที่ห้อง1202 ชั้น2 แอร์อยู่ฝั่งหัวเตียงแต่อยู่ริมผนัง ทำให้คนที่พักในห้องไม่ได้รับความเย็น และเรื่องน้ำ ไหลเบาไป

Overall a good experience. Not quite like in the photos but great for the price. Big, clean rooms and great aircon. Breakfast not really worth it in my opinion - especially not if you want the western style breakfast. Also it’s quite far ie.at least 40min on Skytrain from the major malls in Sukhumvit and more for tourist attractions, but the area is nice with a local mall and plenty of amazing street food, massage places etc.in a very not touristy area.
