Le Méridien Suvarnabhumi, Bangkok Golf Resort & Spa

Had the pleasure to enjoy the buffet dinner at Le Meridien Suvarnabhumi during an event. Food was great and service was impeccable.

All staff seemed very helpful and professional, especially the staff (p'poo) at the swimming pool, she is very welcoming and very helpful, thank you so much for your service.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can't speak highly enough about the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the warm welcome at check-in to the F&B team including K. Emmy, K. Nut, K. Show, K. Phoo and many more that I may not remember their names. The team consistently went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The hotel's tucked away with very beautiful surrounding. They also offer free airport shuttle. All combined with the outstanding service, made for a perfect stay. Highly recommended for travelers seeking to take a break from Bangkok/between their flights.

The hotel provides free shuttle service next to the airport. It takes about 25 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel.

The service staff are warm, friendly and willing to help!
When I visited the kids club, I asked a sweeper lady and she took me away with a vacuum cleaner.

The room was very clean, and the furniture such as the wall sofa was also well maintained. Smoking is allowed on the balcony of this room, and the room has no smell.

The breakfast items are not as dazzling as the Marriott in the city. It is more exquisite, but there are still freshly boiled eggs or noodles to choose from.

There is a golf course outside with a good view. Although the view from the hotel is in the urban area, it still feels like a resort.

It's quite a distance from the city and it takes 40-60 minutes to get to the Erawan Shrine by car.

It’s highly recommended if it’s your first day in Thailand and you want to rest first, or if you want to stay in Thailand on your last day to catch your flight.

On the highest level! There is a golf club on site, where you can watch golf being played early in the morning. In general, it’s beautiful, clean and tasty. Spent a couple of days and were satisfied.

Great resort near the airport to relax. Hotel was very clean, beautiful and staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommended if you play golf and would definately come back. However I don't think there's much for kids to do here though, so I wouldn't say it's young family friendly.

Great hotel, 15-20mins from Suvarnabhumi airport. Free shuttle. Great staff, friendly, helpful. Great surroundings.

The best resort in Bangkok. I am living at the suite. It is very cozy and bed is so comfortable. Italian restaurants is very tasty. Front desk staffs are very positive attitudes with smiling face. Also have bicycle to borrow and can cycling around the village. I am highly recommended this resort for someone who wants to have a relaxing time in Bangkok.

มาถึงโรงแรมประมาณ 15: 00 รอเช็กอินที่เคาน์เตอร์ประมาณ 10 นาที พนักงานแจ้งว่าห้องยังทำความสะอาดไม่เสร็จเนื่องจากว่าวันนี้แม่บ้านมีน้อยให้ไปนั่งรออีกห้องหนึ่งซึ่งมีกาแฟให้ดื่ม (ปรากฏว่าเครื่องทำกาแฟไม่ได้เติมน้ำ ทำกาแฟไม่ได้) นั่งรออยู่ประมาณ 45 นาทีแล้ว ก็ยังไม่มีพนักงานมาตาม ก้อเลยเดินไปถามพนักงานอีกครั้งเนื่องจากรู้สึกปวดหัวมาก และเหนื่อยมาก ปรากฏว่าพนักงานลืมแจ้งว่าห้องได้แล้ว คืองงและคาดไม่ถึงว่าโรงแรมระดับนี้จะให้การบริการแบบนี้ เห็นรีวิวมาค่อนข้างดีถึงจองที่นี่ แต่ถ้ารู้ว่าจะได้ห้องตอนเกือบ 5 โมงเย็น ไม่เคยเจอที่ไหนมาก่อนเลยที่เช็คอินได้ห้องตอนเกือบ 5 โมงเย็น ห่างไกลมากกับคำว่า ”มืออาชีพ” โดยเฉพาะในงานบริการ

เป็นโรงแรม 5 ดาวที่ประทับใจมากกับการบริการของพนักงานที่นี่ตั้งแต่แรกเลย ห่างจากสนามบินสุวรรณภูมิ 20 นาที สะดวกสบายทุกอย่าง สระว่ายน้ำใหญ่ และเล็ก มีให้เลือก ห้องอาหารที่มีความหลากหลาย อันนี้ชอบมาก ห้องพักกว้างขวาง ดูดีมีความทันสมัย มีแบบ shower และ bath มีระเบียงข้างนอกมองเห็นวิวสนามกอล์ฟ wifi ดีเยี่ยม

Lovely room over looking the golf course. Food is pricey especially the Italian restaurant. Very comfy beds. Super pool over looking the golf course. Still need 20 minutes to get to the airport though!

Surprisingly terrible service experience. Booked early check in and arrived at 2pm. Normal check in time at 3pm. They said they don’t have rooms available and I am still sitting in the lobby at 3: 30pm to wait for my room. Planned to come for a relaxing staycation and golf and now spending half day in the lobby while the hotel is at 60% occupancy. Not impressed at all.

It’s so amazing to staycation here. Services are excellent especially in the dinning. We are so glad to come here. Loving stay here with unexpected received from services. Food are awesome, the room is huge. The surrounding is cozy and feel like home. Breakfast can’t resist, its excellent both food and services. They were giving lot of surprises such as Easter festival “ It’s so awesome “ Pate, chocolate Easter Eggs for kids, Tiramisu for breakfast (oh my gosh) also they have a sign offering to serve on request. It is not just a staycation it’s beyond. On Sunday brunch, we have planned for the ‘Sunday Roast’ we are so looking forward! Yes, it was amazing. I’m definitely give Two big thumb up for Le Meridien Suvarnabhumi Golf Resort.

After some initial miscommunication and the check-in taking a lot longer than expected, everything turned out great. The spa was excellent.

A hidden gem in Bangkok. Beautiful hotel with resort style very close to the city center, where you can feel in an unknown oasis to forget about everything. Very special mention to the food and beverage team, with Fabio as executive being very kind and Giuseppe as a really welcoming GM.

I spent almost 2 months living in this Le Meridien at the beginning of COVID19. Everybody was amazing and took really good care of my stay.

I cannot recommend it enough.

It’s my bad idea to staycation here during covid-19 era and this is my experience.

- the pool is closed (while it’s open in the other hotel)
- we’re the only few guests in hotel so they turn off all the light in our floor (to save the cost, may be?) it looks scary
- bad orientation here, we got a call earlier but they didn’t mention pool closure and when we arrived here they never give us direction to parking or anywhere else
- free coffee is not good
- no kids channel
- Breakfast is much delayed, we waited for an omelet for 15 min and there’re less than 10 tables in the restaurant.
- No room amenities (only by request)

The reason for 1 star I gave
- nice big room with big bathtub and balcony
