iChapter Suvarnabhumi Hotel

We only stayed because we had flight early next day. Swimming pool had actors doing film- they didn't inform us. Very bad. The reception don't speak good english- bare in mind this hotel is Chinese/Asian so a lot of customers attracted are also Asian.

My room was 611 twin room. Please don't go here. It's haunted. We saw shadows and moving curtains. Trust me it's haunted don't go here. AC on 32 degrees is like antartaca.

Room service also didn't serve any coffee/tea just replaced new mugs every day but for what reason? The kettle was express-working type. It just wouldn stop boiling! I had to plug it out to stop. The showers also don't represent the hotel- very 2 star hotel type showers. Pipes have a problem, keep making noise- this might be because it's haunted.

The breakfast has no milk. But if you are not Muslim and there's no need for halal food- it's a good breakfast for 150 bhat.

Location is terrible. Only stay if you need to be a bit near hotel, to be honest this wasn't the best hotel as there was nothing to do in hotel to relax- pool occupied, no leasure or anything else. Gym near by is good though- 300bhat and has all basic necessities. But food around this location is all pork based.not a location for tourists.

Very noisy thanks to the massive arrival of Chinese every night and as they think they are arriving at the night market, they shout loudly and wake everyone up.at 1 a.m. I had to leave my room to calm everything down.this world. I advise against

Because the flight was late, we didn't go into the city, but went near the airport.
I booked a place to stay and it was perfect including pickup and breakfast for this price.
The hotel is clean and spacious. Breakfast was also delicious.
It's not right next to the airport, but you can pick it up so it's comfortable.

Friendly staff. Nice place. Clean room.
Its just the shower need adjustments, water run slow & pointing to the wrong direction.

Stayed at iChapter for one night and it's a great hotel if you're looking for something near the airport to energize a bit before your flight (home). Has a lovely pool, gym in front of the building and many (locally loved) restaurants on walking distance.

Rooms are clean and big, bed was comfy too!

The additional bonus was the Staff whom were very kind and helpful, especially the manager goes the extra mile for it's guests! Had an issue with my creditcard and the manager offered to give me a ride to the aiport for free! So nice.

We've just spent half of the day and the night at the iChapter hotel. It was a good option as a stop for resting after a long flight, in our way to the islands. The hotel is well kept, not far from the airport (20-30' drive), it has a lot of facilities (gym, swimming pool, co-working space etc) and the staff is welcoming and very kind. It is close to a 7-11 store and to lots of dining spots, massage etc.

พอดีทำงานไม่เสร็จ เลยต้องนอนต่ออีก 1 คืน ได้ห้อง 415 กับ 407 คืนที่ 2 ห้อง 407 เหม็นอับ ห้อง 415 ไม่มีทิชชู่ในกล่องไม้ที่วางกาแฟ ทิชชู่ห้องน้ำไม่มี โชคดีมี 1 ม้วน ตรงที่วางแชมพู กับไดร์เป่าผม คืนที่ 2 ให้ 3 ดาว เลยต้องให้คะแนนแค่ 4 ดาวค่ะ

- สถานที่ ลานจอดรถด้านหลังกว้างขวางมาก

The hotel is not far from the airport, there is free airport shuttle service! I arrived at the airport at four in the morning, and the hotel manager immediately picked me up to the hotel after receiving my message. The facilities of the hotel are very complete, including a gym and a restaurant. There are also items such as toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, shampoo, conditioner, etc.in the room. There is also a small fridge, hairdryer and kettle. There are also many restaurants and 711 convenience stores nearby! Absolutely 100% recommend!

I recently stayed at a hotel that offers affordable prices and a great location. The staff was kind and helpful. The common areas were well-maintained and inviting, and I particularly enjoyed the full-option gym and the Shalala Cafe on site. The co-working space was also a great addition, providing a productive and comfortable environment for guests to work in. Overall, I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great value and a pleasant stay.

Before our departure we stayed 3 nights in this hotel and felt very comfortable. Our room at the end of the hall was very spacious with a balcony overlooking the river. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired and we were able to relax at the pool. The staff is very helpful and the manager is very courteous. The transfer to the airport was very reliable, everything went well. We can really only recommend the hotel.

This is our 10th hotel in Thailand and this hotel has been the one with the best service and most welcoming staff!

The rooms were clean, the pool looks like the photos and the area is crawling with lots of restaurants and stores. We had a really good stay!

This was my best hotel experienced in Thailand. This 2 day planned trip turned into 30 days simply because of the great service and attention to detail. Mr. K and his staff made my stay very pleasant. He provided me with transportation to the Airport to pick up my cousin. The pool, gym, free workspace, restaurant, and great internet was amazing!

I would like to give special thanks staff member "Alex". She always provided great customer service with a smile!

This will be my choice each time I'm in Bangkok! It's very close the Airport! Surrounded by great restaurants and very kind locals!

ห้องพักน่าอยู่ บริการดี ตอบแแชทไวเป็นกันเอง มีสระว่ายน้ำ และที่จอดรถเยอะ ร้านอาหารแถวนี้ก็เยอะค่ะ
