Chor Cher - The Green Residence

I used to be quarantined there during the covid-19 pandemic.
The service was okay and the price was not too high if compare with other hotels which you can choose during that period.
The best point was you can book a time to do exercises in the garden if you were negative in those tests. So those 14 days will not be that horrible.
But please let staffs know you can speak English or Thai then they will not be able to fool you like they treat other Chinese customers. Because the staff who speaks Mandarin was an extremely dishonest old female. She tried to fool me and I complained that issue to her colleagues. I am not sure whether she still works there.

Very good Hotel for staying near Assumption University in Bangkok. Also staff and cleaning lady behavior is very good they also help order pizza and call taxi to travel.

Longstay to business trip, ala carte breakfast taste is good, friendly staff.
You can find restaurant in front of hotel and 7-11 beside of hotel.

The Good:
Rooms are pretty clean, quarantine food is decent. Location is great, it's outside Bangkok so there won't be as much traffic jams here. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. Staff was all friendly.

The Bad:
Room service menu is very limited and their kitchen closes at 4pm.

When booking the room, its been informed that COVID test will be done in 6 hours max and after arrival, asking for additional money for that. Completely misleading the tourist even after 2 hours of COVID experience. Pretty bad, simply a lie to get customer first and making them to stay.

We were transferred to this hotel for quarantine at the last minute after booking another one in the group. This hotel is extremely run down, filthy, and in no way looks like the photos. For one example the pool is a non-functional, 8 inch deep stagnant, algae filled mosquito breeding pond in need of a complete renovation or rebuild.

The cheap food is delivered cold and left by your door. I think inmates in prisons give more consideration then we were given at this hotel.

A passive/aggressive manager, a think named Ken, insulted my wife in the Thai language such that I wouldn't let him speak to her again.

I've been to Thailand dozens of times over the years. There are many far better hotels available. Avoid this one at all costs.

This was our quarantine hotel.
Rooms were not clean enough. There was dust all over the place.
Personnel -apart from one person on the phone- did not speak any English.
The prepared dishes we got were not tasty at all.
And we were transferred here from our hotel in the centre of Bangkok. It's almost an hour drive back to the centre.

I had a really really traumatising experience having to be quarantined here in this hotel. When checking in, the hotel said that there is a problem with my room they have prepared so they moved me to another room. I came in to find the room was very dirty and dusty with black flakes coming out from the aircon when I turned it on. The flakes were all over my bed, spider webs were formed in some corners of the room, too. I asked for another room because I am allergic to dust. The staff talking to me wouldn't want to move me until I had to tell him that "you know that with the current condition of your room, your hotel cannot be a quarantine hotel". I moved at the end of the day but the story doesn't end there. Hahaha. Everyday is kind a tricky because the coordination system for food and amenities service is quite poor as well as the overall service. The nurse team is quite great, I have to say. ️

Bad service, tried to contact about refund money just left me on read on Facebook and for days now not even reply back to my email.

My stay at this hotel was the choice of my travel agent (Royal Vacation Tours) and I am glad that it was. Even though it was during the hectic days of the new rules of entry into Thailand the staff were very expedient to accommodate the very tired and mostly confused people just getting off the airplane.the rooms were spacious and as comfortable as some of the best that I have stayed at. The next time that I arrive to Bangkok I will book Chorcher Hotel myself.

ไปกักตัวมาตอน Test & Go เจ้าหน้าที่ Reception บริการดี หากต้องการสั่ง 7-11 มาส่งที่ รร. จะมีบริการส่งที่ห้องเป็ยรอบๆ มีบริการเรียกรถรับส่ง ผล PCR ออกไว อาหารที่มาบริการไม่มีซองน้ำปลา จืดไปหน่อย โดยรวมดีสมราคา ห้องไม่ค่อยเก็บเสียง น้ำไหลไม่แรง เจ้าหน้ารับโทรศัพท์ กด 0 จากบนห้องพักไปด้านล่าง คนรับโทรศัพท์ผู้ชายดุไปหน่อย

I traveled with 2 infants, i booked hotel in bangkok city because of more convenient and near my house but we were sent to this hotel, it is very far from my house.
When i arrived airport, they didn’t prepare car for pick up us, i had to wait long long time.
This is my worst travel experience

Stayed here for asq quarantine. They are very unprofessional. They forget so many things. They told me I could leave on oct 11, and then on last day they said to leave oct 12. So poor management and service.

Before you arrive you go Bangkok you have to take covid test, and then one more when you arrive hotel; and then one more 2-3 days later; and then one more before you leave. This makes no sense. I am in self quarantine and IMPOSSIBLE to get covid by myself in empty room. Why I have to take so many?

Many times I would place add-on dining orders, and wait all day, and then they call me and say they forgot to prepare the order and to wait tomorrow. This happened multiple times.

It is very frustrating because I am locked in a hotel room for 10 days, and i look forward to the meals (Bc 3/day is not enough for everyone), and they forget 3 times already.

Sometimes I would call front desk, and the woman would tell me “the line is busy, I will call you back”. But she doesn’t call me back? So rude. If I call you; why you hang up on me and not talk with me?

The food is good most times. They feed you 6am, 12pm, and 5pm. That means after 5, you will not be feed until you go to bed, and you’ll be hungry. So i would have to order extra food and also save the food in the fridge and there is no microwave so everyday after 5pm, I have to eat food cold.

Also the internet is SO SLOW! Can’t connect to internet In my room. But they gave me a router in my room so that was nice. Still very slow, 1mb download speed.

The room is nice and comfortable but there are some stains as photo shows.

The hotel is 30 minutes from Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi (don mueang) international airport, the type I live in is the south twin deluxe, it turns out that this type doesn't have a bathtub yet, I think this hotel is the same standard as hotels in general, the place is clean, the building is well maintained and the water is also fresh
