Bangna Pride Hotel and Residence

The room is clean, there is a bath tub, the price is quite okay, near Sevel in the tower next to it, but it closes at 10 pm, there is a Sevel option on the side of the main road, a bit far from the hotel

Well what can I say about this place spectacular is all could come to my mind my girlfriend couldn't understand why it cost so much until she walked in the room but I believe it was worth the price 3,200bht for the night it was relaxing comftable with everything I cauld ask for with breakfast included buy the end of the stay my girlfriend said she didn't want to leave so yes I would come back with out hesitation thanks bang Na pride for our stay ;)

I probably would not stay here again because the building is aged, hygiene is an issue, the staff don’t feel like they are trained and the location is poor. Here are some details:

- In our room, the balcony door was jammed.
- There were no PowerPoints to use the kettle from. We had to use it on the bedside table.
- The building is located behind another building and was hard to find and walk in and out of.
- Hygiene was questionable because I saw dust everywhere and a coakroach in the room.
- Reception and room service do not answer the phone half the time.
- I requested for some food to be heated up and was asked to bring it to reception. Weirdly enough, room service could not come pick it up from my room.
- we requested and got a room with sofa bed, only to arrive there for them to say that it’s extra money after half a day of me already checking in - this is unacceptable.

There were good things too like the size of the room, the friendly ness of the staff I interacted with and the quietness. However, the stay didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel.

I give 3 stars only for cleanliness. The room was really clean. The price does not correspond to the quality at all! Breakfast per person 500 baht - the choice is minimal, the fruit is not very fresh, the water in the room was broken and in general there was no adequate hot water for the shower - summer water, in which you can’t wash anything. In the photo everything looks more spacious, but in reality it is much more compact. I don’t recommend it

เราไปมาหลายที่นะ แต่พอมาเจอที่นี่ ส่วนตัวชอบมาก ที่พักสะอาด พนักงานบริการดียิ้มแย้มดี อาหารรสชาติโอเค แถมมีมุมถ่ายรูปเชคอินหลายจะจุด ใครหาทีีพักอยู่แนะนำที่นี่เลย

Front Office Manager- Anne impeccable professionalism is indeed impressive and most commendable! Her competency and efficiency is most appreciated by the discerning business travellers. Oei from front reception is another asset to the hospitality business!

Nice room, but can't sleep because the AC is old system, it's can't control for temp.and fan too cool for sleep?

Extremely rude and vile male front reception who identified himself as “Chart”. Refused delivery of my food to my room, LIED that I was giving him a hard time with my food delivery and then hung up the phone on me when I contacted him at the reception! He was aggressive and condescending with me.
He clearly has issues as he makes things personal with the hotel guests! This is just about the most obnoxious hotel staff I have ever encountered!
He’s definitely Not an Asset to the hospitality business but rather a Liability!
I don’t recommend this place! This staff is just too aggressive and vindictive.

The rooms were worn down. Bed and showers were good. Close to airport but for from city centre and entertainment spots

Staff excellent they made the stay most enjoyable. Loved the pool and gym. All perfect for my needs

We used it foe a long stay. We were little away from the city of Bangkok and moved by taxi to the nearest station.
The residence was healed by the passage of the wind, the scent of flowers, the sound of fountains, and the sound of birds when the windows of the room were opened. There is a convenience store, a
pharmacy and a coffee shop in the building next to the residence.
A free shuttle bus operated from the residence and shopping for ingredients to a nearby large supermarket.
The pool was quiet and the best time for the user during the day.
Of course the staff is kind. When it was difficult to call a taxi during the rush hour in the evening, I had the hotel car sent to the night market at a low price.

Pros: Nice, clean rooms, friendly staff and nice breakfast as well as being fairly close to the airport.

Cons: the English level is poor for some of the reception staff and the room air-conditioning is ancient (no remote), loud and causing the entire room to smell slightly of mildew. But that might be better in other rooms.

It would be nice to be greeted in the breakfast area and asked if they can assist, as some times we don't see any staff for a while and by the time a person is available, it's too late to order an omelet.

Got upgraded after a delayed flight was a great way to start my evening. Thank you so much for trying your best. Staffs were brilliant!

The beds are notorious sand gave be Back aches. But otherwise a great facility. The pick up and drop staff were very cordial and friendly.
