Star Convention Hotel, Rayong

This hotel is getting old. The dining hall is like a check-in hall, the coffee is too watery, and everything is prepared for Chinese guests. Bedroom nice and big, just old. It doesn't deserve these stars, 3 stars is enough. Sorry

The room is large, the breakfast is rich, and the price-performance ratio is very good. However, it is not good that the swimming pool is not on the top floor. Also, the breakfast dishes are not put together, but are scattered here and there.

Nice staff, nice food, clean, very close are shopping mall and fresh food market.it has pool and fitness, classic thai massage saloons within 100 meters. It has parking lot.

สถานที่กว้างขวาง หาง่าย สวยดี แต่คือ มารอรับวัคซีน ของ โรงพยาบาลจุฬารัตน์ คือการจัดการของการรอคอยไม่ดี คนจำนวนมากต้องยืนรอ นานกว่า 50 นาที ไม่มีที่นั่งคอย มีม้านั่งนิดหน่อย คนยืนรอ ขาแข็ง หลายร้อยคน บางคนนั่งพื้น คนแก่ คนท้อง ไม่มีรองรับ การจัดการไม่ดี เก้าอี้ไม่มี ไม่สมกับที่เสียเงินจำนวนมาก เพื่อซื้อวัคซีน และจ่ายค่าบริการ แพง

Everything is ok except the sign on how to drive your car to hotel. There should be a sign that you should drive your car through drop point in front of hotel to park at exactly that area in front of hotel on M floor. I was parked my car at basement floor and need to carry my luggage walking through stair.

It would score a strong 4 if they could serve coffee at breakfast and reception had a more customer service attitude.

Nice, big room with a very good bed. The personnel was very friendly and professional and the breakfast buffet was very good.

Four stars are earned. Nice and polite staff, huge breakfast selection, cute swimming pool section, huge fitness center with saunas.

เคยไปร่วมงานค่ายเด็กคริสเตียนที่โรงแรมสามปีแล้วครับ ห้องประชุมมีให้เลือกหลายขนาด พนักงานบริการดีมากครับ ที่สำคัญอาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกหลากหลายเมื่อเทียบกับราคาแล้ว คุ้มครับ

Older hotel but very clean and big spacious rooms. The included breakfast is very good with a really large selection.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Furniture is a bit outdated but for the daily rate it is good value
