The hotel is nice affordable and got all basic facilities although there's no sea view but close to the beach by 10m

Rubbish - subpar in every aspect. The water heater doesn't work. The water barely runs. The toilet is on it's way to give up. No closet. Wifi doesn't work. There's almost no one here and they still give us the room at the very end of the resort that needs a long walk. Can't rate the service because there isn't any. For a standard room at 1400B without breakfast you have many other choices, look elsewhere.

Very rude staff no amenities in room there in no cattle no tea no coffee pouch no room service available staff is very uncooperative never book this hotel

Very bad services. The heater machine for water didn't work, no towels in bathroom, shower is broken, when we asked for towels staff give us an excuses instead of apologize. I am Thai lady visit Smed island first time with my family.its a shame and embarrassing to bring my family from overseas to the dirty island and poor service places. I am definitely not coming back to smed island and I will tell all my friends how bad seabreeze hotel services was.

Close by the beach, has TV, refrigerator and hot shower. Clean and friendly staff. Affordable price. Very beautiful and clean beach

Accommodation on the island is expensive, however for a few dollars extra you can get something a lot nicer! Romantic weekend was destroyed because they over booked and put us in a shared room. We approached them but they did not care. A rude place that is more like an overpriced backpackers!

I stayed here for two nights. It was nice and quiet, and the hut was clean. The staff did their jobs well, but did not project any enthusiasm in their interactions with me.

The rooms are quite basic but are an ok price, good for if you want to stay on the island for cheap. When I visited the fan room was 500 baht and AC room 800 baht. I chose AC room because the fan room didn't have hot water. There is no safe in the room so you need to take your valuables with you or just hope nobody steals them. They do have WiFi in all the rooms.

เปลี่ยนห้องเลยทีเดียวเชียวเหม็นอับ เปลี่ยนไปอีกห้องพัดลมหมุนดังมาก แอร์ก็ไม่เย็น ลุ้นกันไปเป็นห้องๆเอานะ มาที่นี่โซนด้านหลัง โดยรวม ok แหละ แต่ถ้าจะไปนอนกินลมชมวิว ไปที่อื่น 55 ถ้าเมาแล้วนอนมาเลย จบ...

This place is not for your mother who complains about every little thing. She's not happy anywhere, let's face it. This is for your sister who is looking to save a couple dollars for a couple nights and is going to be in the room for a minimum amount of time anyways. It's not meant to be fancy. Perfect for the one who wants to save money, not who sends their food back because it wasn't 100% perfect. Shut up and eat it.

Friendly staff but the rooms are over priced with no ocean views. The bathrooms are poorly designed, just a small room with a hot shower over the toilet. The bathroom was infested with black flies and mosquitos. Bed was big and firm, with nice bedding. Room had a wall mounted tv which was nice. No closet and very limited storage for clothes and personal items.

So cute and quite, place.
With so many good services and accommodations; very good bbq restaurant, many options of hotel rooms and bungalows, but the best is the kindness and the service of the employees)

Good deal of you are on budget. It's beach front but not beach front. Check room before agreeing with rate. Can be cheeky. House keeping staff are friendly. Okay value of you let go expectations.
