Exceptional!

I recently enjoyed staying at the Marriott Rayong Hotel for a three-day workshop with my company.

Upon arrival, I was impressed with the exceptional professionalism the hotel staff demonstrated to ensure I had a comfortable and productive stay.

The spacious rooms provided an ideal environment for work and relaxation, offering ample space and modern amenities. The beds were incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep.

The breakfast buffet boasted various options from around the world and catered to different dietary preferences.

The evening meals were also of high quality, for our final night we ate at the Fish Bar that overlooks the beach. The food, drinks and service were faultless.

The hotel has several swimming pools providing a refreshing way to unwind after a long day of presentations, and the well-equipped fitness centre allowed me to burn a few calories off after overindulging in the breakfast buffet.

Considering the remarkable quality of service and amenities, the hotel's pricing was very reasonable and represented excellent value. In addition, it's a very family-friendly hotel with lots to do for young children.

I was thoroughly impressed with the whole experience at The Marriott Rayong and will book here again soon for a long weekend with my family.

Not what I would normally expect from a Marriott Hotel. Management should have a closer look at what is happening with services and facilities.

A bit lack of maintenance for a 5? Hotel.
Though thd hotel was good.
Friendly staff. Follow hotel activities for a relax holiday.

Hotel management for money policy
We booking wedding ceremonies but hotel cancel our booking one month before wedding and get more money from other events

โรงแรมสวยงามติดชายหาดแต่ว่าเราเคยมาจองจัดงานแต่งงานที่นี่ด้วยงบประมาณ 700,000 บาทพอถึงใกล้วันแต่งงานปรากฏว่าโรงแรมขอยกเลิกเพื่อไปรับงานของบริษัทอื่นที่มีมูลค่า 2 ล้านบาททำให้เราแก้ไขการจัดงานแต่งงานไม่ทัน ใครที่จะมาจัดงานที่นี่ขอให้ดูเงื่อนไขให้ดีๆ

A great place to relax and spend time with family. This is a hotel style resort with a 12 storey building. There are three swimming pools: one main pool, o e beach pool, and one kids pool. The beach also has very fine sand that is very soft. The water is clear, but due to the fine sand, it's difficult to get a nice clear view under water. The food is great and the rooms are very nice too. I would definitely go again with my family!

Very Nice. One of my favourite resort stays in Thailand. It’s quiet and private, with first class friendly staff, even the gardener. Good clean food, nice room overlooking the sea, and good swimming pools.

We were there for destination wedding so there is no saying abt the hospitality we got, but overall the local staff was also too good nd courteous. The rooms are also very well decorated, nyc nd clean. The view frm the room was mesmerizing with clear skies and clear water. Huge space nd good beach to add a feather to ur cap. Keep it up Rayong Marriott!

Incredible food and views worth the money. Spacious rooms. I preferred the beach restaurant. Entertainment system has HDMI and VGA to connect to a computer. Came here after visiting a few resorts in the area. Will be coming back. Ocean view is epic. Ask if there are events are on because if so better to stay somewhere else if you want quiet. On my second day it was very quiet despite apparently 90% booked. Waterside is legitimately scary and fun.

Loved the hotel and excellent location! However we stayed 1 night and they said we couldn't get a massage it was fully booked. How does a resort spa hotel not accommodate 1 massage request for a whole day! 1st time this has happened to me, its unacceptable! Customer service didn't even reply to my emails days before as well 0 replies to 3 emails. Will never come here again. Garbage management and service for a 5 star hotel at well over $200 USD a night in Thailand.

Tolles Hotel! Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, toll eingerichtet mit mega Pools von denen man aufs Meer blicken kann. Frühstück sucht seinesgleichen.

Amazing experience! Absolutely stunning open-air lobby, overlooking the water. The infinity pool was clean and such a treat! It was huge! We often took late night swims and watched the ocean from the pool. And the buffet breakfast is really delicious with tons of variety and ethnic foods - something for everyone. If you can splurge, go for a top level floor with ocean view. Stunning. Beautiful rooms as well, luxury all the way! Just expect to stay on the resort property for your trip, Rayong is a snooze-fest otherwise. We walked so several local shacks on the beach for dinner. All delish and home-made.

ดีตามมาตรฐาน​โรงแรม5ดาว มีอุปกรณ์ชำรุดบ้างแต่พอแจ้งไปก็รีบมาแก้ไขให้ บาร์ตรงสระริมทะเลทำคอกเทลไม่อร่อยแต่บาร์ตรงล้อบบี้ทำคอกเทลอร่อยและบริการดีมาก การตกแต่งและอาหารเช้าสู้แมริออทหัวหินไม่ได้ แต่บรรยากาศโดยรวมดีมาก สระว่ายน้ำเยอะและใหญ่

วิดสวยดีคะ อาหารมื้อค่ำเป็นแบบต้องสั่ง แต่ถ้าอาหารมื้อเช้าจะเป็นแบบบุฟเฟต์คะ อาหารอร่อยคะ มีสระว่ายน้ำด้วยนะคะ
