Great spot for ok to good food. As with any place to eat in Thailand some dishes are prepared better than others. Nice setting and awesome views. We liked it though!

We went here for dinner. It was very calm and quiet without many people. I was very happy when I read the menu, as there were two full pages with vegetarian options. As a vegetarian who additionally isn't keen on eggs, many restaurant experiences in Thailand are somewhat frustrating. I ordered Thai curry with vegetables, which was pretty spicy for me but good, we both ate mixed fried veggies and my husband had a fried fish with pineapple. According to him among the best food he had here so far. So overall great food and experience - we'll be back there.

The prettiest beach of Ko Samet.we have come here often. We love the place. The owner is a very friendly women. For sure we will come back.

Love this place and how secluded it is but… the staff are super rude! They told us the first time that we would have to wait an hour for few pad thai and fried rice. The second time. Few months later, she refused to cook for us even we were a group of people ready to make her business work.disappointing

Went back for lunch after few years and it is still my favorite place on the island of Ko Samed.

Since I was a student until now that I'm a father, it's more than 25 years that I visit this place time after time and still have the same feeling. Beside my own house, Ao Nuan is the only place that make me feel like home.

Absolut leckererer Fisch (garlic and pepper) mashed potatoes und hervorragendes Gemüse.
Ist einen Besuch wert.

Very nice beach, our family loved the Ambient! The food is compared to the other restaurants on the island cheap with decent portions plus the best thing is that it tastes amazing! The lady in the kitchen was very nice.
The road leading down to the beach is bad so it is a bit hard to get to it but definitely worth a visit!

A few steps from the beach on the north, there is this small bungalow home stay that is out of tourists. Perfect for lunch, swim, drink and sleep without any disturb

Quiet calm and far from the stress and blinkning lights of the main beaches. Not the cheapest (got a bungalow w/aircon and toilet for 1500tbh/night) and with some minor issues, had to bucket flush toilet and really low flow in shower. This has probably to do with freshwater being pumped off a boat to the resort. No problem.
I saw max 10pp on the beach at the same time, a bit rocky and not the whitest sand but private and calm. Restaurant and bar closes at 9pm.
Access thru a rocky steep gravel road that might scare some people off, might be a good thing?
Nice and friendly staff.
A great place to go if you want real peace and quiet but not the empty $$$$-resorts with more staff than guests. I will come back for sure!

The most favorite beach on Koh Samet. Small but quiet and totally relaxing. Nice small bungalows with good service.

Beautiful small hidden beach. Go there early as the sun sets around 1400. Later on there are cliffs with sun until late afternoon. Nice cheap restaurant by the beach.

The perfect place for real Thailand island. The best food ever. Simple clean accommodation (some bungalows have air-conditioning, toilet and shower) the stuff is friendly and helpful. Perfect place for family (no parties no music) this is our second time here and we can wait for the next time. Simple place with private clean beach.

อ่าวนวล ทะเลสวย ร่มรื่น (แต่ทั้งเกาะนี้มันก็คล้ายๆกันหมดคับอยุ่ที่คนจะเยอะหรือน้อยเท่านั้นเองแต่ละหาด) สวยดีคับคนไม่เยอะมากเท่าไหร่ เป็นส่วนตัวพอสมควร ต่างจากหาดทรายแก้วคับ คนเยอะมาก นั่งชิลใต้ต้นไม้เช่าเก้าอี้มานั่งหายใจเล่นๆไปคคับในราคา 50 บาท/ตัว เล่นน้ำก็ได้ ก็ถือว่าเป็นหาดที่ดีอีกหาดนึง ควรแวะมาคับ เย่ามอไซ 300/วัน หรือนั่งรถสองแถวมาลงก็ได้คับ แต่จะได้เดินหน่อย รักเลย ลองมาดูคับ

This is paradise. A beautiful bay with a sandy beach. Tbe bungalows look out over the water. You have the choice of your own bathroom or a shared one. Plus some bungalows have air conditioning.
Have drinks and your meals on the beach.
If I die here I will be very happy.

Lovely quiet spot on No samet with less tourist razzmataz than some of the other beaches. You can eat food here which is severed very quickly and it was very tasty. Very nice people, friendly and they have time for you. Had a lovely stay here with the sound of the waves (and not the party) lulling me to sleep.

Did a short "beach crawl" with my friends and this was our favorite. Away from the usual tourism, quiet, and stunning. This is a pearl on the island.
