เฮือนล้านนา ระนอง Lanna House Ranong

As new tourists, we felt very at home and welcome at the restaurant with excellent service from all the staff. They explained some of the signature dishes to us and we had the soft shell crab kaoh soi and it was delicious. After a long day of bussing, Michael made this meal the highlight of our day.

Mates and I went here after arriving in town late in the day without really knowing what to expect, and we could not have been happier with what we found here. The staff was incredibly kind and they took time to explain the flavour and the background of dishes we were curious about as well as give us directions and recommendations to different places around Ranong. The soft shelled crab was amazing. Huge shoutout to Michael, he's an absolute boss.

We totally enjoyed our dinner at Lanna House and strongly recommend it!

First, the owner is extremely welcoming and speaks English perfectly. He's a very interesting guy and we had a great time talking to him. Even if he happens to be away, there's an English menu as well as pictures of various dishes.

The restaurant itself is nicely decorated and visually pleasant. It's also very quiet as there's very little traffic on the nearby road.

Food quality was absolutely great. We especially loved the eggplant and chili dips!

Finally, prices are surprisingly low based on the food quality and overall experience.

This is our third times with Lanna House Ranong since it's opening.
The best northern cuisine you can find here. Great atmosphere along with Khao soi made me nonstop ordering beer.
