Fan's Homemade Koh Phayam reviews
18 The little cafe offers hot cappuccino that tastes just like home, with a view of the Pier and all new travelers coming to Koh Phayam.
They also serve Lassis, smoothies, shakes and breakfast.
Great food, great view. Very kind staff. Loved the breakfast menu and also the rosella tea was so cozy on a rainy day.
Had some smoothies and sandwiches a few weeks ago.
Two stars for the smoothies which were nice, but other than that we had the most disappointing overpriced sandwiches ever.
Also the place looks nearly unrecognizable, which I guess is because of COVID unfortunately. However, the sandwiches were so disappointing that restarting after COVID does not cut it as an excuse.
The food is delicious and fresh, and the staff are very nice. The prices for the portions are great. I ate here almost every day. Thank you fans!
Super good breakfast, opens at 8.00.
We had that bowl of fruits and English breakfast set. Soooooo gooooood
Homemade everything
Cashew nut’s jam, brown bread, coconut
Cozy and warm person and place
This is by far the unfriendliest staff in the whole island if not Thailand. No hello, no smile, they try to avoid eye contact and ignore if you are trying to get attention in an empty restaurant. The baguettes were untasty and chicken found in the fish baguette.
I hope they just hate their customers silently but don't spit in the food. Overall you are better off avoiding the risks and looking for plentiful options around you.
Such a dodgy reply from the owner 2 years after the review rather than apologising he suggests its my fault. Just proofs my point lol!
Great food, shakes and coffees. Vegan options, tofu available. Soy and coconut milk options for drinks too.
Wonderfully cute and ramshackle cafe.very befitting of the broader island style. Deep range of shakes and juices together with breakfast sets. Baguettes and typical Thai dishes. Hard not to be charmed although coffee was below par.
Really good and well priced. The tofu wrap was one of the best dishes we ate on Koh Phayam. Most vegetarian food in Thailand is tofu curry or pad Thai, so it was nice to see some unique Vege options on the menu.
Had their yellow noodle with pork, and I liked it! But my favourite was the mixed fruit shake; Just delightful.
Nice Place and good Food, the Owner is nice but the staff in service is unaceptable. I don't know what we did to them but they did not even say hello when you enter (even we Said hello every time we entered). Seemed Like they hate their Job. If the service would not have been so bad I could have given 5 stars
.
We spent 5 nights on the island, and ate here every morning - there was just no need to try anywhere else for breakfast since the food is so great and the menu is large. The food is healthy and homemade, even the bread which makes for wonderful french toast and baguettes (which we got take-away for the beach). Our family of 4 enjoyed fresh fruit smoothies and fresh squeezed juice combos with our breakfasts each day, no sugar, all natural. We loved Koh Phayam in general so much, and can't wait to return - we know where we'll eat breakfast when we return!
The coffee was delicious, finally some fresh brew. Scrambled eggs and hashbrowns were good as well. Great service, clean, good selection of food, all with a little gypsy/bohemian atmosphere. Fair price, too.

Definetly one place to be on Kohphayam. Great fruit juices and mixed fruit shakes. They add no sugar or water to the juices and shakes and use fresh fruits. Simply wonderful!
