Very nice place. Super close to the beach. The beach itself is amazing too. We will come again.

Came back again year later. 500 to rent kayak for whole day, good price. Have free water refil for customer who stay too. Room Very clean and service is just wonderful. Beautiful White Beach, calm water. Definitely will visit again.

The place is beautiful, the rooms are clean and very nice. The owner was not very friendly and treated us like we were children who he expected not to follow any of the rules he had made about the towels and room keys. It is strange to encounter someone whose entire business revolves around customer service who is so poor at interacting with guests. It's a shame, because the place is beautiful and the rest of the staff were very polite and helpful.

Lovely place. Awesome beach with huge low/high tide difference making it nice to walk far away in the wet sand.
Dmitri and his family are extremely welcoming and helpful for anything.
Super quiet and thus relaxing. Very well maintained equipment (the gaz water heater is great). Highly recommended for couples or families

The bed is not clean. A lot sand on the bed.
The fridge is rusty as well as the door.
There is only one socket in the room.
The food is too salty.

Ich komme seit 11 jahren, fast jedes Jahr, in den buffalo bay vacation club. Jedesmal ein Vergnügen. Ruhe, gutes Essen. Erholung pur. Ich liebe die Natur. Schön nur die Vögel um sich zu haben. Das Personal ist so hilfsbereit und nicht "no have" Ich komme gerne wieder "nach Hause "

Wir wurden gewaltig abgezockt
Wir waren mit einer befreundeten Thaifamilie auf Koh Phayam. Da wir zuerst nicht das gleiche Hotel ausgesucht hatten, haben unsere Thaifreunde separat in diesem Hotel ein Familienbungalow gebucht für 900 THB. Sie fragten die Dame auch, ob es noch ein Zimmer für uns frei hätte, im Falle wir auch noch kommen würden, und was das kostet. Die Dame antwortete, der Bungalow kostet 1'000 Thailändische Baht für eine Nacht. Schliesslich sind wir dann ohne Vorausbuchung dort angekommen und die Frau sagte uns, es kostet 1'500 THB für eine Nacht und das sei das letzte Zimmer, was sie noch hätte. Auf meine Nachfrage, warum unsere Freunde nur 900 THB bezahlen müssten, sagte sie, da das Zimmer mit Meersicht sei. (Meersicht.siehe Foto) Im Zimmer angekommen, suchten wir nach der Möglichkeit die Aircontition einzuschalten, fanden aber nichts. Darauf ging ich an die Reception, wo ein Europäer sass und fragte nach der Aircon. Er erwiederte ziemlich arrogant, dass niemand hier die Aircon benutze, da es viel zu teuer sei. Es koste 1'500 THB extra pro Nacht. Der VVentilator im Zimmer machte aber ein höllen Lärm, so dass man ihn nachts ausschalten musste. Als wir dann unsere Freunde trafen, waren sie entrüstet, weil wir nun plötzlich 1'500 THB bezahlen mussten. Auf ihre Nachfrage später bei der Frau, sagte diese ihr, dass wir unbedingt dieses Zimmer haben wollten, darum sei es mit Meersicht teurer. Uns hatte sie aber gesagt, dass es das letzte Zimmer sei. Unsere Thaifreunde suchten dann bei Agoda und fanden noch genügend Bungalows zum Preis von 600 THB, da es bereits nach 15.00 Uhr war. Auch waren die Bungalows spärlich eingerichtet. Es gab nur ein Douchetuch, keine Waschlappen oder Handtücher. Ein Badetuch für den Strand kostet nochmals 100 THB extra. Also das alles ist reine Abzocke und die Lügen dieser Frau sind unterste Schublade. Das Nachtessen war Haufen zusammengeklebter Reisnudeln mit wenig Fleisch und das Frühstück war wieder eine Enttäuschung und viel zu teuer. Wlan war auch sehr langsam. Fazit: Hände weg von diesem Hotel!

Schönes Resort direkt am Strand.
Es hat direkt am Strand, wie auch im Resort kleine einfache Restaurant.
Die kleine Hippie-Insel ist super und einfach mit den Roller zu erkunden.

Bungalows sind sauber und das Restaurant bietet guters Essen leider sind die hinteren Bungalows laut on der Nacht da auf dem weg ein Dieselmotor die ganze Nacht über läuft um Strom zu produzieren

Decent bungalows with and without AC. Close to the beach and friendly manager/staff. Recommended if you want a little more space in your bungalow and electricity 24/7.

Paradise! Rooms lovely and clean and the grounds immaculate. Situated right on the beach, couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay!

I haven't visited the rooms here. I did eat here and received a good filled plate. They have some cool furniture here. This was more like a passing by area for me. I went walking during low tide.

Only rented a kayak, the experience was really good. Ann was very kind, she gave me 15 minutes free because tide was low, also when returning after 1.5 hrs she charged me for 1.5 hrs and not for 2 hrs.

Good place located on the beach. Spacy superior bungalow, clean and friendly stuff.
However pricey as everything on the island.
Watch out which bungalow you've get, because at the back are loud humming generators.

Overpriced and overhyped.
Compared to other bungalow sites this place is very expensive and with very little love put into the details. Also the generator is very loud. If you get a bungalow in the back you will need to close the windows to sleep.

The bungalows are very spacious, the restraunt is excellent (try the fajitas), and the staff has been very helpful. Upgrading our reservations, and helping us with taxis around the island.
