Wannara Hotel Hua Hin, Thailand

Location is good, room is large, but the rest is not: bathroom is very old and smelly, walls thin as paper and I heard each little sound from neighbours, staff, water pump, which was especially not nice when the neighbour came back from the bar with a girl at 2o clock.

Good place.it is a bit far from the beach but the rooms were spacious, staff friendly and good food

Only stayed a few Nights, busy as it was new year, very quick check in friendly staff, was a bit noisy in the morning with cleaning staff talking on radios outside my room however. I changed my room to the Junior Suite which was a lot better.

Gute zentrale Lage, Hotel ist sauber, ruhig und sicher. Mit Tuc Tuc für Sa 100 bis 150 Bath kann Man Shopingscenter oder Bahnhof erreichen. Hotel bittet Verpfegung, gut von Preis und Qualität. Das Zimmer ist sauber, schön groß, täglich Reinigugsservice. Nette und freundlicher Personal habe gute Zeit dort verbracht.

It is an old hotel with bath tub. Room is very wide and simply good place to stay. It does not have a restaurant for dinner. The Italian restaurant next door is very nice. So I was there for lunch and dinner for three days while I was staying at the hotel.

Good location. Service needs to improve, some of the staff was very friendly and some looked like they really did not want to be there.
Rooms really in the need for some upgrades and redecorating. Pretty worn down.

The hotel have a god placement, some of the rooms are a bit old and worn out. But overall I like the hotel so I usually stay here when I'm in Hua Hun.

มาแล้วเสียความรู้สึกกับพนักงานต้อนรับมาก. พูดจาไม่ดีแถมยัง. ชีให้ไปจอดรถวนไป. บอกว่ากี้บอกไปแล้ว. ถ้าลูกค้าหาที่จอดไม่ได้บอกช่วยบอกลูกค้าอีกครั้งได้ไหม. ลูกค้าไม่เคยมา. ไม่มีคนช่วยถือของ. แต่ รร. โดยร่วมดี. ถ้าปรับปรุง การให้บริการด้วยใจ. จะดีมาก.

Lovely secret find, pool side room.lovely pool. And staff are very helpful.my only gripe would be the pool was highly chlorinated and our room backed on to a service staff door, so where woken every 0600. I still rate it 5.

DONT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. We had problems with air conditioning in one of our 2 rooms. Ended up sleeping all in one room at 2am after the problem couldn't be solved. Hotel manager didnt respond to my email or refused to call me and didnt come to the hotel during the 3 days we were there to avoid us. Extremely poor customer service by front desk staff and hotel manager.

Nice hotel. Ok pool. Clean rooms. Really friendly staff. Lokasjon is perfect. I have stayed here many nights. I gonna stay here again.

This hotel is absolutely NOT a 4 star hotel. The staffs level in english is very low. And they are not able to give you informations about the city. I can not recommend this hotel.

Quiet hotel with clean rooms. We ordered room with balcony (as website said) but didnt get it. And reception didnt seem to care at all. So do not recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We usually stay at this hotel when we come for our golfing week, however this time they priced themselves out of co tention. Way too expensive for what you get.

On a positive side, the rooms are large and comfortable, service is adequate, breakfast is average but hardly ever varies and the location is perfect.

Nice hotel at the heart of Hua Hin city. Short walking distance to beach, restaurants and massage. We stayed at the 6th floor in a family suite with two adults and two kids. Great breakfast.

Nice friendly staffs, in a decent place next to nice high class resturants and also closer to beach (5-8 min walk). Hotel looks a bit old but service and facilities are good.
