Taphouse Hua Hin

Good rooms. Not expensive and in the middle of the center. Very noisy, especially if you sleep downstairs.

Simply great, the two women who run it are extremely accommodating and above all kind! They really pay attention to our well-being, water and toilet paper free and unlimited! In short, great experience! Loovveee

The proprietress and the staff are very kind.
You can rent motorcycles directly from them.
Because it is close to the bar street, it will be noisy at night, so it is recommended to bring your own earplugs.

In the 15 years I've been holidaying in Thailand I've stayed in lots of hotels. But none as welcoming and friendly as the Golf Sea City Guest, thank you so much see you soon.

Rooms are very clean, quiet and relatively cheap. And most important: the staff is amazing! Stayed here 3 nights instead of the planned 1 night. And absolutely no regrets

This is a basic accommodation but it's clean and comfortable.
Staff here are helpful and it's a good location.

Walking distance from a beach and several reasonable restaurants in the area. Rephrase. SMACK in the heart of where all the trouble starts. Walking distance from most pubs and restaurants or Songtaew / bike ride away from most anything else.this guesthouse has a prime location.

Rooms are extra cozy.but comes with all the required conveniences which makes it comfortable enough, TV, fridge, Aircon and paper thin walls.so do consider your noise levels. Conversations carry clearly.especially at 2AM in the morning.

Suggestion - if you are a light sleeper, earplugs and an eye mask will help.
Bed was comfy.

Consider upgrading your room type for more space and amenities if you can't function with just the basics.

Breakfast available and advertised in room.

Overall, good value for money.

We booked a room in Taphouse Guesthouse / Golf-city-sea guest house. The facilities in the rooms are good and the rooms are clean. There is a big "elephant in the room" and it's the electricity. We got our booked queen size room, it was good for us, but the shower had cold water, the main light in the room burned.we got upgraded to a nice looking renovated room. Also, in that room the shower was cold, the a.c stopped working now and then and we had flickering lights. After a power outage our mobile chargers stopped working, it's a luck that our mobiles kept working. I don't think that the price worth it, and it got more expensive after we had to buy new chargers. The staff was nice and tried to help with any of our requests but there wasn't much to do.

The rooms are okay looking, but the electricity is terrible - there is a power fall every few hours, meaning no light in the toilets or even in the room, no hot water in the shower (even after changing to a different room), air conditioner goes off as it wishes, and we lost two phone charges because of that. The owner really did his best to try and solve things, but for my opinion it just doesn't worth the low price.

Nice location, nice room for a nice price. Nothing fancy, but a good choice for a short stay in hua hin.

Nice little place with friendly staff. Great value for money. Some what surrounded by pubs and bars but for me the noise is not an issue. If u had been running around all over Hua Him the whole day, you'll just pass out like me.haha

Pretty good guest house in the middle of everything. Only reason I marked them down is they are renovating and it's a bit messy and dusty but the rooms are fine. The basic rooms are small but clean and comfortable the superior rooms are really good. Great value for money really cheap and better than higher priced alternatives.

A good pub to hang out where you can decide on the music to play. Fantastic. Prices for extra curricular activities are steep compared to other joints in the area, though.

My stay at Taphouse some ten days ago, was very good. It is a budget alternative but everything was perfect. From being picked up at the train station, via good service during the stay to being delivered to the bus station. The location is optimal for restaurants, bar life, beach and not far from the night market. I could also see fotball as I found the right sport chanel. When and if I go back to Hua Hin, I stay at the Taphouse again.
