Namaste Resort

The owners are very helpful. I had a very comfortable one night stay there. Good restaurants nearby too.

The rooms are all totally renovated and perfectly clean, and right off the beach. The owners, Pun and Michelle are wonderful hosts. They go out of their way to make sure all their guests are comfortable. They assist with all travel arrangements, and make recommendations on places to go and thinking’s to do.

If you are looking for a chill location to unwind this is the perfect place.
I Highly recommend their European breakfast. Although a bit pricey, it is absolutely delicious.

We had a nice time at this resort. The first morning we didn't find any food in the immediate area but the hotel owner Michele introduced himself and was very generous with local tourism advice. He also offered us breakfast for B250 a plate. We got three plates for my family and were treated to a 3 course feast of a meal! Highly recommend this breakfast and the hotel for a relaxing time at Sam Roi Yod beach.

Great place to stay and unwind at the beach (50 m from the beach), to explore the surrounding national parks and to enjoy the many restaurants in the area. Also very good motorbikes for rental to explore the area. The owners have a lot of great advice on what to see and what to do in the area, and even provide services to bring you there. We had a very pleasant stay

We have just finished our stay at Namaste resort and we are really happy and satisfied ;)
Rooms are furnished with great taste and convenience, garden allows you to fell the surrounding nature and good Thai restaurant is just around the corner!

The rooms look very nice, but I couldn't stand the noise of the external fan unit (not even if my room, but the next room) on the wall. It literally made the walls shake. The room behaved like a resonance chamber. Might only be a problem in this one room, but still I wouldn't try it again.
Fortunately the very friendly and helpful hotelkeeper let me cancel after one night, and I just paid for this one night. The amount of support I got from her during my travel to the hotel was also incredible; she offered to help with booking transportation and it was no problem to arrive late in the night. Also there are cute cats in the garden of the hotel:) If only it was quiet.

Unfortunately I could not stay more than a night because I required a stable and fast internet to do my work.

However, Yann and June were very gracious. They allowed us to break our reservation by only paying an extra night, and they even offered a personal taxi service to get to our new hotel.

The place is very clean, quiet, with an industrial chic look. The large sliding glass doors let in a lot of light, which is very welcome. Some really nice set pieces for furniture round out the minimalist decor.

The garden is small but well maintained. Across the street is the beach, with great views. I believe hammocks and beach chairs can be provided.

It's a shame the attached restaurant wasn't in operation at the time. However there are many places within a short walking distance, some quite charming in addition to serving excellent food.

All in all, I would like to give them another chance when I'm in the area.

We enjoyed four nights at the Namaste Resort. The rooms are comfortable and clean and on a quiet soi about 50 metres to the beach. Great price and great location with bar / restaurant at the front and chairs on the beach.

Clean, neat & cozy. Food here is generally cheaper & they serve genuine Indian food too ontop of the regular Thai food

Really friendly, easy going French owner, nice to talk to, comfortable, clean, and affordable place. Loved the polished concrete asthetic and comfortable bed and extra pillows. Across the street from the beach, lots of restaurant options within walking distance and a 24 hr market just next door. They were able to arrange overnight laundry pickup and a hassle-free motorbike rental for us to visit the nearby national park. Highly recommend hiking to the cave temple in the park.
