Marrakesh Hua Hin Resort & Spa

My girlfriend and l enjoyed our stay at Marrakesh. The only complaint was that our electricity went off on our first night staying at the hotel. We notified the front desk staff and were allowed to stay in another room for the night. The power was restored the next day.

Super nice, very well maintained hotel complex. The cleanliness of the rooms is good. The room with terrace and mini pool is huge. Lots of little touches from the hotel (e.g. Mosquito repellent on the terrace, birthday greeting, etc.).
The breakfast was very tasty. There is a large selection (including different coffees).
The pool is not huge but sufficient and very nice with an infinity view of the sea.
The location of the hotel is great. The Blueport is about a 10-minute walk away, the Market Village is about a 30-minute walk and the Cicada market is about a 15-minute walk away.
Otherwise there are many restaurants, massage parlors, a laundry, etc.in the immediate vicinity.
It was very quiet in the evening.

The service in the hotel is worth highlighting. The staff is very warm, friendly, attentive and helpful. We felt very comfortable.

A good hotel, with an exotic interior, polite staff and a calm atmosphere.
For our anniversary, the hotel prepared a surprise for us in the form of a decorated room and a cake, it was very nice. Next time we'll stay longer.
Opposite the hotel there is a restaurant serving Indian cuisine, which was very convenient for us.

We stayed in Marrakesh for three days in August 2023 and were thrilled. Great location right by the sea, beautiful outdoor area with pool and always friendly staff. We also really liked our spacious room. Breakfast was also great. All in all 5/5 stars.

The staff are great, everybody absolutely friendly and welcoming.
The hotel itself I did not like. Everything is in dark colors, the pool suites offer a view onto a wall, that was so bad I changed the room to a low er priced category that at least got some light in the daytime.
Air conditioning did not work properly in both rooms. When set to 29 degrees, it did not cool at all, when set to 28 it cooled the room down to 21 degrees.
Afternoon tea for about 1500thb incl.tax and service charge is a plain rip off. Three small fried spring rolls, three samosas, 2 small fruit scewers and one mousse cake plus a small can of tea is just plain ridiculous.
This hotel would be ok at lower prices, but at nearly 6000thb per night, there are many much better options in Hua Hin.

I would have give a 5 star but the promotion pictures shows a huge pool, but this is for only adjecent condo appartments belonging to the establishment. Resort visitors had only a smaller pool available.
Parking for visitors ia not great, too few and no roof.
However the beach is great, breakfast good. Style is something different from all the other 4/5 star contemporary designs.
Staff friendly and helpfull.
Clean rooms and facilities.
I recommend this hotel and I would like to come back.

Lovely Moroccan theme hotel.large rooms Junior Suite for about $160 per night. Feedback base on my 1st day evening check in impressions.probably a hotel that perhaps due to its color scheme can look rather dated but overall no issues for the price. Hope the breakfast is good

Great place to stay, nice room with loads of space. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was late being cleaned so checked in almost 2 hours late, they gave us free drinks but still not good, but was very busy on our arrival.

มาครั้งที่สองยังสนุกและสวยเหมือนเดิม ด้วยสระน้ำที่ยาวมาก ติดชายหาดที่สะอาด มีสไลด์เดอร์ที่เล็กแต่มันสนุกแบบบอกไม่ถูก เสียอย่างเดียวคือสีของตึกไม่สดเหมือนตอนแรกๆ ทำให้ถ่ายรูปแล้วความสวยลดลงจากเมื่อก่อน

Overall very pleasant experience apart from poor wifi in room. Had to use my phone for wifi for most of my 3 day stay.

One minor suggestion for F&B.when customers order an omelet at the cooking station for breakfast, someone should bring the omelet to the table. I left the restaurant one morning and had to go back after I remembered I had ordered an omelet which never appeared. Turned out it was still sitting at the cooking stand

Found this not-so-hidden paradise a short drive from Bangkok. It’s well worth the 3hr drive. Check in was painless and friendly; complete with complimentary fresh passion fruit drink. I’ll forgive their “unable to meet my request for early check in. ” So guests should be aware of 2pm checkin policy. We took advantage of the downtime and headed to the pool. In a word, spectacular! But not only was the pool clean, kid-friendly in depth (1.2meter), the beach is literally steps away. No-early checkin, meet incredible water party-time!

Just book it. Enjoy the place. Thank me later.

The hotel is having a nice beach, comfortable room. The staffs are friendly and nice, the foods are nice, the only down side is the gym is too small.

Don't forget to take picture as much as you can cause this place is so beautiful. Try the pizza and enjoy it in outdoor restaurant near beach

Hotel breakfast line was the same for everyday with not much variety.for a high standard hotel to use cheap quality sausages for breakfast was not acceptable.the quality of food was quiet low standard.the hotel cleanliness was good. House keeping was good.parking was not enough for all cars.overall experience was very average

Difficult and issues with checking in. More than 30 minutes waiting. Payment cash only.
Also the staff and equipment are not clean.
