Think twice before booking this hotel.they have no hospitality n do not know how to handle their guests.best part no managers around when customer insist to meet n only supervisor who does not know benefits of accor.really disappointed.been member of accor for many years.sad to note the standard of employees is getting from bad to worse comparable to sunrise Sofitel in china

จะเป็นครั้งแรกเลยที่ไม่แนะนำให้ใครพักที่นี่ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่างๆในห้องแทบไม่มี โรงแรมมีที่จอดรถสองที่ ซึ่งอยู่ถัดไปมีรถรับส่ง แต่รถรับส่งไปลานจอดรถเริ่ม 8 โมงเช้า ลงไปข้างล่างเพื่อที่จะไปลานจอดตอน 7.50 พนักงานได้แต่พูดว่าลูกค้าต้องรอ 10 นาที นะคะ ไม่มีใจบริการแต่อย่างใดสุดท้ายให้ลูกค้าเดินไปเอง เข้าใจได้เรื่องมีเวลารับส่งแต่คิดว่า 8 โมงกว่าจะมีรถรับส่งสายเกินไป

I was shocked that this is the first hotel under the Accor group that did not provide simple amenities such as toothbrush, razor kits to hotel guest. I double checked with the hotel staff and they confirmed no amenities provided to guests without reasons. If I had known it earlier, I wouldn't have stayed in this hotel at all.

Just come back to the UK after an 11 night stay here. Excellent hotel. Service is fantastic. The day we checked out, however, I asked for a bottle of water for the 3 hour drive back to Bangkok. We had complimentary water in our rooms whilst we were there and spent a lot of money in the hotel so assumed they might offer us a complimentary bottle to take away, especially as we cut our stay short by 2 nights but no such luck. 80 Baht each.

Other than this, we are considering coming back next year.

Very nice place to stay in. Nice staff. Tons of breakfast items to choose from. Food is very good. Price is cheap. Rooms are nice and cozy. Location is also good. Just a few minutes walk to the local market and street food. 7/11 is nearby. Ibis is highly recommended to stay in Hua Hin.

ขนาดห้องพักพอดีนอนสำหรับ 2 คน ห้องสะอาดดี แต่หมอนนุ่มไปหน่อย ที่จอดรถน้อย (แต่มีที่จอดสำรองให้บริการ) อาหารเช้าพอทานได้ แต่รู้สึกว่าจะเน้นไปทาง American breakfast เป็นส่วนใหญ่

The location is strategic close to cicada market. The room is clean even though the shower place is so small. The receptionist and the service is great amd the breakfast is simple but delicious. The patking soace in yje hotel is limited but they provide another parking place acrosa the street from the hotel. The good thing is the provide shuttle tonpick you from that additionalnparkingcplace to the hotel.

Had a great stay, room is clean with nice view (Swimming pool view). Security personnel always greet us. Easy to reach center of town by green songthaew, just cross the street to pick songthaew. Near to Cicada market just 10min walk. Shuttle bus is very very helpful. Breakfast needs more variety. Oh, you should check the beach through the alley just beside the hotel.

Customer service is limited considered an intl chain.people here go by the book.not that in international city hotel treat customers well.the breakfast is motel level.you may skip if you just want a coffee. 7 eleven is 3x better.put aside the picture, the pool is quite small to swim.you will find people dip there with full clothes on.personally to me an hygiene issue.other than that expect a hotel of a star or some say 2.for those not familiar with ibis the room is tiny.location is the score if you are a nite market fan.cheap thai food nearby.there are plenty better choices in Hua Hin especially in weekdays.dog friendly but charge you 500 baht for the 2nd dog too.it wont tell when you book it online until you register upon check in.managementaadmit this is it.so be very careful not to ruin your holiday with this.

You get what you pay. At good location, nearby the beach, big pool for swimming and accommodating staff. However, the room is small for two persons. Not much shelf to put your things on. No outlet on the other side of the bed where you can charge your phone conveniently.

Good location. Not far from the city and close to activities. Accept dogs but charge 500thb for the second? (Was never charged before at any IBIS hotel)
The room need some maintenance in the shower room.
Also if you want any view, choose the swimming pool view, otherwise you'll end up with an old building in from of you.
It still not overprice for the quality.
As said before, only 1 side of the bed has 2 electrical plugs.
The room is small with a balcony but very clean. Staff is well trained and welcoming.
Definitely worth the price.if didn't charge for the second dog (toy size) :)

Cheap hotel with balcony in every room. The centralised aircon is quite loud during the night when you wanna sleep. Shower head was spoilt in my room, the water is not spraying straight down but all over the place, guess they don't bother to change a new shower head. Have to buck up on maintenance. Shower cubicle is small.

จองห้อง family มีเตียงเด็กสองชั้นปีนกันให้สนุกสนานมี play stationให้เด็กเล่นด้วย ห้องสะอาด ห้องน้ำจัดว่าเล็กมากแต่สะอาดไม่มีกลิ่นรบกวน ที่ชอบที่สุดคือเตียงนอนสบาย ห้องสะอาดมาก อยากได้ชุดที่นอนไปไว้บ้านจริงๆ

Friendly service, close to the beach, affordable, good breakfast, and free shuttle to night market. There was a problem with the wifi but staff quickly fixed it. No complaints.

Rooms were small but can't beat the price. Walking distance to cicada Market and a convenient 1km drive to bluport mall. Although we didn't partake, the bfast buffet was only 150b per person. The best thing about Ibis was that they were pet friendly so we could being our dog with us at no charge!
