No daily room cleaning. The room was dirty when we arrived and when we asked for the cleaner they said come back tomorrow. Next day they said you have to fill out a form but you are too late and can not fill out the 'cleaning request form' today, come back tomorrow morning to do the form. They make it as difficult as possible to get a cleaner so we stayed there 6 nights and never once did the room get cleaned.

This hotel was a great location. I think the rooms were average but it was good for the stay. Really appreciated for the AC to be on as we’d come back and it’s nice and refreshing. I would like to see a better change with service. The staff were not welcoming and did not smile. When I had trouble with the Wifi, they made a face like I was stupid. Would recommend for location and short stays.

Quiet and very pleasant and cosmopolitan place. Not far from the beach with a very beautiful context of real Thailand.

Had to report them to the police very very bad hotel.

I went to extend in person for 2 nights they told me 1000 so I paid it. 2 days later they said they made a mistake and I was supposed to pay 600 a night so now I owe them 200 bhat. That's not how things work if you say a price then you cant change the price days later and expect someone to pay it. The woman in the picture said she would just not return my diposite since I owe them money so I went to the police. The police call my hotel tell them they can't steal from me. How sad you needed to be told by the police.

Edit to the owners response. NO! I won't remove the photos. Actions have consequences. The woman pictured said she was going to take my money. Let this be a life lesson for her to think before she speaks. It was your company mistake I gave your company lots of days to let it go but you were persistent. You can not tell a price and come days later and say pay extra money or we will just take your money. That's THEFT! Glad you all learned something from our interaction. Don't do it again and you won't have to worry about unflattering photos and reviews.

Quiet and well placed place in a real Thai neighborhood. Very well frequented and not far from the beach.

The number does not match the picture. The pool is very cold. The service is not willing. The bed and pillows are not comfortable. There are ants crawling out of the baseboards in the room. The only plus I give for the balcony.

วอร์คอินเข้ามาได้พักตึกใหมา สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่างๆ ก็ถือว่าโอเคใช้ได้สำหรับราคา 500 บาท (ฟิสเนต, สระว่ายน้ำ, โต๊ะสนุ้กเกอร์

พื้นห้องสกปรกมาก ถูพื้นไม่สะอาด เหมือนทำความสะอาดผ่านๆไปงั้นอะ แถมเตียงก็หักมีการเอาหนังสือมารองเตียง ส่วนห้องน้ำตัวดูดอากาศระบายกลิ่นก็เสีย เวลาอาบน้ำหรือนั่งส้วม กลิ่นก็ออกมานอกห้องถึงเตียงนอนเลย โดยรวมคือแย่จริงๆ
พนักงานต้อนรับจะมีป้าคนนึงที่ใส่แว่นเหมือนอยู่มานานอะกร่าง บริการแย่ที่สุด คำพูดคำจาไม่ค่อยสุภาพ ควรปรับปรุงอย่างมาก

A bit out of town.air-conditioning, water everyday. Stores nearby restaurants nearby, great pool.

ห้องพักมาตรฐานทั่วไป วิวดี บรรยากาศดีมาก สถานที่ตั้งทำเลดี สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน อุปกรณ์เครื่องออกกำลังกายในห้องฟิตเนส บางอย่างก็เสื่อมสภาพตามกาลเวลา สระว่ายน้ำขนาดกำลังดี

พนักงานตอนรับ พูดจาห่วนมาก สีหน้าไม่รับแขกเลย ห้องพักดีได้ตึกใหม่ แต่พนักงานควรปรับปรุง พูดจากับลูกค้ายิ้มบ้างค่ะ ไม่ใช่หน้าบูดตึง เหมือนโกรธกับสามีมา

วอร์คอินเข้ามาได้พักตึกเก่า สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่างๆ ก็ถือว่าโอเคใช้ได้สำหรับราคา 500 บาท (ฟิสเนต, สระว่ายน้ำ, โต๊ะสนุ้กเกอร์) ถึงจะไม่ได้ใช้เพราะเดินทางมาทำงาน แต่ขอไม่ให้คะแนนบริการ เพราะพนักงานฟร้อนด์ (ผู้หญิงมีอายุ) ไม่มีเซอร์วิสมายด์เลยครับ ทั้งน้ำเสียง คำพูด และหน้าตาที่ออกอาการ คือถ้าไม่ติดว่าเดินทางมาไกลหลายชั่วโมงอยากพักผ่อนแล้ว คงชวนน้องในทีมอีกคนเดินออกและเปลี่ยนที่พัก ยังไงรบกวนช่วยพิจารณาในจุดนี้นะครับเจ้าของกิจการ เพราะเห็นหลายๆ รีวิว ก็มีความเห็นไปในทางเดียวกัน

Not so great hotel.not too near night market.need to walk or ride out 7 to 8km.not so convenient.but overall not too bad hotel

I stayed for 2 days but was given water and soap for day 2.
No house keeping was done.
Staff were not friendly.
But will come again

Amended review, the prior review and photos were for a different place.
Hua Hin Terminal was a good value for the price, but a bit far from the center of town.

ไปพักที่นี่เกือบทุกอาทิตย์เพราะต้องไปดูงาน พักครั้งละ2วัน ทุกๆครั้งจะไปถึงช่วงมืดๆ พนักงานผู้ชายตรงเคาท์เตอร์หน้าตาไม่รับแขกทุกๆครั้งเลย ครั้งก่อนเดินชนประตูเองแต่มาอารมณ์เสียใส่ลูกค้า งงมาก ครั้งนี้เหมือนเราไปเช็คอินดึกแล้วดึงหน้าไม่สบอารมณ์ใส่ แล้วไม่ได้เจอแค่เราคนเดียว เพื่อนคนอื่นไปพักก็เจอเหมือนกัน ถ้าคุณไม่เต็มใจที่จะทำงานบริการก็ไม่ควรมาทำงานแบบนี้ค่ะ ไปหางานที่เหมาะกับตัวเองดีกว่า ลูกค้าเขาเสียเงินมาพักเนาะ ไม่ได้มาขอพักฟรี อ่านหลายรีวิววก็เจอเหมือนกัน เจ้าของโรงแรมควรพิจารณาอบรมพนักงานใหม่ด้วยนะคะ โดยรวมโรงแรมโอเคสมราคา แต่พนักงานนี่ ไม่ไหวจริงๆ

ห้องราคาถูกดี แต่ที่ถูกกว่านี้ ยังมีที่สะอาดกว่านี้ครับ ตัวผมแวะพักรถ ระหว่างขับจากแพร่ ลงไปกระบี่ นอนแค่ 1 คืน ที่นี่คือ ต้องปรับปรุงเรื่องความสะอาดอย่างหนักหน่วง สายชำระ ราดำขึ้น สกปรกมากกกกกครับ

ในห้องมีเศษผมเยอะมาก ส่วนที่นอนเป็นแบบที่นอนหอพัก ไม่ใช่ที่นอนโรงแรม เป็นที่นอนพลาสติกแล้วปูด้วยผ้าปูเตียง นอนไม่สบายครับ

ส่วนแอร์เย็นดีครับ สระว่ายน้ำไม่ได้ใช้ครับ
