Hua Hin Grand Hills

It's amazing. In the advertisement you can see a green village. Reality is rather gray like the antediluvian power poles and the so-called streets of the facility. Green only reigns in the eastern area of the complex, whereby the huge boulders lying loosely on the mountainside do not appear to be trustworthy and you can also see them right at the border of the complex. If someone starts rolling from above, good night or a happy awakening with the “Rolling Stones”.
But the hammer is that the entire facility is towered over by a huge at least 380 kV electricity pylon from which the high-voltage lines lead to the Hua Hin power main station, which is only approx. 280 – 350 m away from the Grand Hills. Great, you only need to hang a wet towel out of the window and you have electricity. Jokes aside, it can't be healthy. Incidentally, the even more expensive facility at Hamlet Hillside and Baan View Khao is also affected. One only wonders. It’s crazy.
Back to the Grand Hills, there are still a multitude of apparently neglected empty houses and lots of open spaces that look like construction waste dumps. The majority of the inhabited houses are also not particularly well-kept, at least according to what can be seen from the outside, with one or two hidden exceptions, and the colors of the walls and fences are fading or, better yet, moldy.
The condition and interior of the presented show houses also do not do justice to the required high price level.

You could have saved yourself the visit. I believe pictures speak louder than words! Please see for yourself! You could do a lot more with the area if you wanted. I've been to the Grand Hills twice to visit this facility and found that large parts of the outer wall have been missing for several months! Advertising on the Internet is very attractive, but the reality is very different.
