Looks nice at first glance but super loud aircon, the bed is rather short (I'm about 1,8m and my feet often dangled over the edge lol), the doors/windows don't fully close resulting in a bunch of mosquitos and a lizard coming in at night.

Also there's no ironing board and iron at the room, you have to ask for it.

We once went out for the whole day and they didn't do the housekeeping in the meantime (even tho they drive you to your car with a golf cart, so they should know you're gone) and then reply fairly snarky when asking them to make up the room later like this was something special lol

Apparently toothbrush and toiletries are for diamond members only. Which we are but what the. That should be standard.

Shampoo and conditioner is mixed in one bottle lol - who does that? !

Main pool is right at the street.

Aside from that the staff was pretty nice.

Could be a great place if they wouldn't cut all the small corners.

Worst hotel experience ever! Hotel front desk staffs were rude to me and my family. Security guards were arrogant! Will never visit here ever again!

*Edit* I've stayed at your hotel in the past but just got a chance to review it. PS. I'LL NOT REMOVE MY POST AS IT'S MY RIGHT TO DO SO. YOU REALLY CAN'T DO ANYTHING WITH REGARDS TO THAT.

This is the hotel of our short holiday at Pranburi (2 nights). We are a little bit surprise that the 5 stars hotel is not easy to get there. However, the room and the area around are very nice. The swimming pool is big enough. My wife and daughter are so happy with big international breakfast. This is the hotel we of our destination at Pranburi. It should be noted here that the former name of this hotel was "Avazon". This has been changed since COVID19.

One of the most relaxing vacation spots in Hua Hin! Food is excellent, with many healthy options. Service from all staff were friendly and outstanding. The spa used great quality products and had very trained masseuses.

The hotel and room is quite old. However, overall experience (breakfast, spa, staff) are good. It s value to money.

Schöne sehr schöne Anlage und bombastischen Frühstück! Wer aber als Paar einen romantischen Aufenthalt möchte ist leider im Evason falsch

This is a nice place, it's very quiet and serene but I feel like it's a bit lacking in personality. The staff are all very nice. There's just something about the look and "feel" of the place that seems cold and austere. I also think they shouldn't be charging extra for things like bicycles etc. The massage and restaurants are pretty expensive. We just walked a couple blocks away to get great food for much cheaper.

This place really spoils you and puts you immediately in your happy place. The blue lotus cooking school is top notch and everything about the resort is caring, kind, and calm. Great place to unwind and learn vegan cuisine. And one of the best breakfasts. The only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 is location. The ocean isn't special at all nor is hau hin, but you forget all about that once you've experienced the bliss of Evason and its abundant on sight water lilly ponds!

Despite the positive reviews, this place is definitely NOT 5 stars!

I paid roughly $300 USD for one night for my husband and I. Expecting the breakfast to be good, judging by the reviews but the food options are lacking of "quality and taste".

The place is not quiet as others had stated, neighbor's are so loud. Even at 3am partying.

Our bathtub wasn't properly cleaned and had mold.

We also had lots of mosquitoes problems when first entering our room. Took my husband a long to fix the problem.

Staff also lacks of ENERGY! Many guests have noticed this.

My last day at the Evason, always happy to be back here and recharge my energy. Love this beautiful and peaceful place. We did only couple activities while staying chilling by pool or rent a bike to see neighborhoods. Almost a week stay this time, some day was packed and noisy during the night but luckily our room is far enough to hear nothing from late annoying party which this is a part of reason, why only 4 stars? The awareness on the noise during the night is a mandatory as everyone paid to stay and we do expect some privacy on holidays. Hopefully our next stay won’t be too noisy, looking forward on the next holiday here soon.

Well run 5* resort with amazing staff, perfect world breakfast (continental, chinese, thai,), nice pool area and comfy modern rooms.

Beautiful setting, lovely service and staff members, AMAZING breakfast buffet and on site food (allergy labeled which is great), nice activities and offerings!
