Citin Loft Hua Hin Hotel by Compass Hospitality

Large room with balcony.
Location not bad, the center (NightMarket, Beach) can be reached within 10 minutes on foot.

A comfortable & affordable place to stay, for a day or two.
Location is the advantage.
But, PARKING IS NOT AVAILABLE

Staff were great. Rooms were typical low cost rooms but we're clean, spacious, great view, and decent bathrooms. Someone came every day to clean. There was a typical Thai breakfast available every morning or about 1.2 km walk if you preferred an English type breakfast.
Very close to Soi 80 and maybe a 7 minute walk to Soi Bintabaht.

ไม่ตรงปกเลยนะค่ะ สระว่ายน้ำก็ไม่มีให้เล่น คุณต้องลงด้วยนะว่า ช่วงนี้งดลงสระ และที่จอดรถก็ไม่มี
คุณลงรีวิวแบบนั้น ไม่ได้นะค่ะ คุณลงมีสระว่ายน้ำ สวยงามมาก มีที่จอดรถ แบบฉันมา เสียความรู้สึกมาก สระก็ไม่มีให้ลงเล่น ที่จอดรถก็ไม่มี
ผ้าปูที่นอน ก็ไม่ใช่สีขาว สีครีม รองจากขาวแล้วค่ะ
สมควรเปลี่ยนใหม่ได้แล้ว ผ้าหมดอายุแล้วค่ะ

ไม่มีที่จอดรถ แถมสระว่ายน้ำปิดปรับปรุงก็ไม่แจ้ง ที่นอนไม่ขาวแต่ได้สีครีมมา เก่ามากโทรศัพท์ในห้องพังอีก ไฟก็ไม่ติด แต่พนักงานน่ารัก นอกนั้นก็ไม่มีอะไรดี ขอบคุณค่ะ

จองห้องพัก ที่นี้ไปแล้วกับทาง agoda ไปถึงหน้า โรงแรมแล้ว ติดป้ายปิดกิจการไม่มีกำหนด ถึง เดือน พย. โทรสอบถามกับทางโรงแรมจากเบอร์โทรในใบจอง และอีเมลล์ ผู้รับสายบอกไม่ไม่เบอร์โรงแรมใดๆ และเป็นเบอร์ส่วนตัว สรุปโทรไปcall center agoda ทางอะโกด้า ติดต่อกลับมาสรุป ยกเลิกการจองให้และทำเรื่องคืนเงิน (เราตัดบัตรไป) แต่เราอยากรู้ถ้าเกิดเรามาพัก ถึงที่นี้ตอนดึก เราจะทำยังไง จะไปหาที่พักฉุกเฉินที่ไหน แนะนำให้ อะโกด้า หรือ เว็ปที่จองห้องพักตรวจตอบกับทางที่พักก่อนจะลงให้มีการจองห้องพัก เข้าไปดูสักครู่ ยังสามารถจองเข้าพัก โรงแรมนี้ได้อยู่เหมือนเดิม ถ้าความชัวร์ แนะนำนักท่องเที่ยว ลองโทรสอบถามจากทางโรงแรมโดยตรงก่อนว่ายังเปิดกิจการอยู่ไหมก่อนการทำการจองใดๆ เรายังโชคดีที่มาพักบ้านเพื่อนได้ (อยากลงรูปหน้า โรงแรม ที่ติดไว้ว่าปิดไม่มีกำหนด) ขอบคุณค่ะ

This place is a bit of a old. Decent I guess I could say. Breakfast was good however. Our room had a decent view too

The unhelpful receptionist, after I woke her up, told me to put my bicycle outside in this area, see photo, unsecured next to the street.

That's not happening.

Didn't stay.

Not the best out there but definitely a good place to visit if you are on a budget. Staffs are helpful and friendly sad when we visit the pool is under maintenance. But if you're in Hua Hin why swim in the pool if you have a wonderful beach to spend you're time with and besides we didn't spend most of our time in the place as we were mostly outside visiting tourists attractions. It is not highly recommended but if you are looking a good place to stay this place is worth the price you're paying.

Toilet do not work properly.water up to rim.moved two times.second room covered in ants.also building work taking place so noisey from early morning till nine at night.all hotel windows open so every thing is covered in dust
We left one day early.

Was supposed to sstay for 4 nights.
Only got through the first one.
Building project right outside my window which was ongoing 24/7, nobody in the check in even told me about it.
And when i woke up the following day there where 200 ants in my bed.

The photos of the roof pool is very misleading, not clean or well taken care of.

First of all when I arrived I needed to change my reservation because I could only stay 3 nights instead of 4 which they helped to get it changed on agoda but agoda took forever to get right then tried to blame the hotel for the amount of time it took. That was Agodas fault. The first morning after a mediocre breakfast with the only food warm was the omelet I ordered and the toast which I made. The ham, sausages, potatoes were cold. I was out for the morning and upon returning noticed I didn't get my 2 complimentary water in my room. I went to the front desk to ask for them and she said that they would bring the water right up. I returned to the room and the room service girl arrived with 3 of the non complimentary water. I told her I didn't want them but wanted the free water. She went away and never returned. The 2nd morning I received my water. Upon checking out after the 3rd day they charged me 80 baht for the water which I didn't use or want. I tried to explain again to the same front office woman what happened and she was very rude and told me that I should have come and talked to her about it that same first day. I told her that I did tell her about it but she denied me saying anything to her. It was an outright ly on her part.
The air conditioning in my room was non adjustable. Temperature was either very cold or off. Couldn't adjust it. Very frustrating as well.
Basically it's a very poorly run mediocre hotel in a decent location. Desperately needs a management change.
