This is a great boutique hotel for families and romantic getaways.

The hotel has plenty of parking. It is adjacent to the Thai King’s Summer Palace - they share a fence (really).

It is a short walk to the white sand beach and walking distance to many quaint places to eat.
The staff are just great. They provide menus to local restaurants and will bring the food to your room. I could live here!

If you want to get away from the huge hotel atmosphere and have a quiet peaceful rest with your own pool next to the summer palace, look no further!

The private pool is just perfect. A quiet and clean long beach is just 2-2 minutes away by walking. The staff was incredible, always smiling, helpful, sincere and very polite. They even made a surprise to me with a birthday cake and celebration together on my birthday.

The room is authentic style, i felt just like at home. I stayed there during my remote working, wifi internet connection worked perfectly without any issue. In 5 minute walking distance there are restauranrs, a few bar, and a club near by.

If you wanna go to the town centrum, they can call a taxi or tuk tuk for you then after 5 minutes ride, you are in the town centrum. There is a breakfast menu book and you can choose ever day another option for the next day (english, american, thai, chinese breakfast etc).

The villa was cleaned up every day. As a solo traveller i liked my stay very much and in the future if i visit Hua Hin, this is the place where i will stay. For families, it is even better in my opinion.

The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and very helpful. Whatever you want, they will answer you right away. Very close to the beach. It's only 5 minutes walking distance. The only downside for me is that it is a bit far from the city center and markets. Dogs on the streets can be a little scary, especially if you need something at night. Because the closest seven eleven is 15-20 minutes walking distance.

Had a great stay here in the villa with private pool. Perfect place to relax. Pool was clean and cool. Great chilling area in the room. Staff really helpful. Would come back.

Super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend. Great location with a great boho style. Amazing breakfast!

Very nice place to stay, staff were wonderful. I would highly recommend staying here if you’d like a peaceful and restful vacation. To get to busier areas a taxi will a scooter needed. Staff can help arrange all of this.

Good place for sleeping& breakfast and close to the beach, pet friendly also, all staffs so lovely.

Good location about 100m from beach. Unit I had ideal, good sized room with cooking facilities, private pool. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was really good - I would go back there

2 bed room villa was a little more cozy than that with 3 bed rooms. Though 2 bedroom can comfortably sleep 4 adults, the 3 bedroom can accomodate about 5 although they say 7 which I find may be a little squeezed. Pool size & shape at the 2 bedder was also better.

The best family place to be in Hua Hin. The Manager is so kind, and try to do everything to make you happy

This is a space for family to relax, hang out and gathering. 5 private swimming pool Villas each of them has different size pools and bedrooms to fit different size of group. The staff is especially friendly and helpful from the manager to the maids. The kitchenett is very useful for whom would like to have a BBQ or cook something simple by themselves. Only two minutes walk to the beach and seaview from the third floor in one of the pool Villa!

It's a cosy quaint place in close proximity of Hua Hin beach. The onwer and staff are very helpful in every way so far. The rooms have a homely feeling with all facilities starting from a hot plate to sewing kit. Rooms are spacious with huge varanda, lounge chairs and marble table and seating. Beautiful robes are also given to customers and variety of options for breakfast too. She also offers vegetarian and vegan food options for breakfast

An amazing place, love the owner and the helping staff. A wonderful experience staying at this place with close proximity to beach and to Hua Hin market. Everything is near and accessible, the resort is lovely with great clean rooms and homely staff. Must recommend to stay if u visit Hua Hin

This place is amazing. We got the success suite with private pool and it's incredible. It's an older building, but everything is meticulously maintained. The breakfast (eggs, bacon, and fresh fruit) was perfect and delicious. The service is top notch. But man, that private pool. Just the best.

Amazing place. Loved the breakfast in bed concept even though 830am was a bit later than we'd have liked, understandable. Beautiful decorations and SO clean. Sheets smelled freshly sun dried. Loved it

Great place to stay. We spent a week here and found the staff to be wonderful. We also like the location which is tucked away in a bit more of a residential neighborhood. Restaurants are within a easy walk and cater to Thai tourists, so the food is fantastic around this neighborhood - Soi 51.
