My honest opinion, very beautiful view, fresh air, food is fantastic. Lovely receptionists. Beautiful coconut tress a whole lot. It wealth the cost.

It’s a truly hidden gem in Chumpon. Great property in the faraway location. Truly clam and peaceful. Love is not enough to describe this place.

Highly recommend to whom that's want to have a quiet leisure. There's have a private area clean spaces and clean beach.

All Staff has a excellent service mind.

Beautiful swimming pool, it's a pity that it wasn't cleaned:) Great location, the restaurant is nicely arranged, it's a pity that the food is only ready-made frozen food. The staff doesn't understand anything in English.

It was an unforgettable staying. I am travelling since 7 years to Thailand and except 3 years break out, because of Covid-19, I go twice yearly in this country and I can tell you, it was one of the best or surely the best service that I got. Thanks to all team, specially Toy, that made everything to feel myself like at home. It's a beautiful location outside from every tourists attactions: no shopping mall, no 7/11, nothing, but an impressive natural picture: sea, clear water, sand and a lot of coconuts trees. If you are missing a picture or frame in your room's wall, just open the door or window and you will see the most beautiful picture, that maybe also Van Gogh wasn't able to paint it. If you are missing something on breakfast's buffet, only details. I was happy to be there, also to be under the thaïs, over 90% of the customers.
I spent 3 nights there, I think were enough for someone alone, but I arrenged interesting boat tour and one day I will be back. Of course I had to eat there, but pricily very honest and food excellent, a very good thai cuisine.

The room was very large and very modern. Massage on-site was a bonus. Probably best to have your own car but the staff can drive you to the nearby places if needed. We loved it

A beautiful quiet place. The food could be a little bit more varied and a little bit less Thai. The rooms are great, we had one with beachview. Also the pool is wounderful. It is a place to relax. The stuff is very friendly. Of course you need good weather, than everything is perfect. Sometimes it was a little windy.

Came at the off peak time with not the best weather. But the resort and the staff made up for everything. The service is some of the best in Thailand. And the food was also the best. Will have to come at another time to experience the place for everything it's worth. Thanks for looking after us so much

An absolute hidden gym! Beautiful Resort on private beach with really nice swimming pool. Food is excellent and reasonable Thai prices. A great romantic getaway or ideal place to have office party for family reunions / wedding.

Yesterday, Sunday, February 20,2022, my wife and I were visiting for lunch. My wife ate rice with shrimp and an egg, as well as a corn soup. I ordered a pizza with sausage and bacon, had to wait half an hour for my pizza and it was dry and dull.

In the evening I felt that something was wrong with my body, had a feeling of discomfort in my stomach and quite rightly so I had to go to the toilet and it completely ran out of me and the same with my wife.

We had diarrhea from the food we ate at the resort and not enough of it, a little later I vomited the food and it continued for a few hours until everything came up.

Is it not strange that when we eat two different dishes and both get sick, it must be due to the person who cooked the food, probably the person has cleaned the toilet first and then not washed his hands before cooking. Will never visit this place again. The whole next day ruined because of this.
It's now Tuesday afternoon and I'm still not feeling well after the food poisoning that my wife and I had at Bansintong Beach Resort on Sunday, February 20th.

Called them on Monday and received a verbal apology for what happened, no offer of the money back or ask how we were doing. It is strange that the Resort goes out with this information but does not live up to what they brag about in their text:

Increased food safety
Additional cleaning in dining areas
Additional safety precautions during cooking and serving
Individually packaged meals

We need a quiet and peaceful time with family. Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. Hotel is right next to the beach. The room was spacious, Wifi was good and cleaned. The view from the room was delightful. The food was delicious. We love the breakfast with their special local thai food. We don’t need to eat out at all. The price was reasonable and my son love their prawns fried rice. Seafood was very fresh.
