No linen for the quilt. No proper curtains to block out lights. Stains on the wall next to the bed, even more stains on the floor. Bathroom smelled like pee. Doable for one night, but compared to other places in Hua Hin. Not the best value for money.
The owner is sweet and the check-in was swift
