It's a good place, clean, friendly. For 800 baht they provide you a good room and a continental breakfast: bread, jam and butter, coffee and tea, cakes, fruit. They are professionals. Problems: they are used to leave the room doors open once they cleaned rooms, even for two hours, and dozens of mosquitos come in. We killed 33 into our room. The cars are parked just in front of the room door and Thai people are used to leave the Diesel engine on for long time (and there is no reason they hear for that, they don't care other's discomfort) ; in that way smoke come into the room trough the wide slots. But anyway this is one of the best place you can find in town at that price.

Very friendly and helpfully staff. Clean rooms. Nearby the train station. Short way to the sea. Quiet neighbourhood.

The whole site reminds me of an american Motel where you can park directly in front of your room. Rooms are nice, large and very clean. Very friendly and helpful owner. She also has Motorcycles (125cc) for rent for a very reasonable price.

Excellent location, near everywhere, very clean spacious rooms, reminds us of the American motor lodges we stayed in when we visited California last year, park your car outside your room, friendly staff, highly recommended.

My wife and I stayed here two weeks in January 2017. Loved every minute of our stay. Friendly hosts, great price, and great location. Walking distance to train station, pier, thai market, and numerous restaurants. Would definitely choose this place again.

Perfect for a short stay, easily driving on/off the North/South Route/Streets. Big rooms and bed, can recommend this place only price could be better (my own opinion.krap)

Great little resort on a quiet road. Spotlessly clean and well appointed. Very friendly and helpful owner. Only about 200m walk down to the night market and seafront.

Excelent place, everything was really new. Good location (5 min to night market), the owner was really helpfull and sweet. Free toasts, tea and coffee. We liked this place a lot!
