I have been here for the past 6 months and the room is greater than I could have hoped! For the price you will be getting great value - kitchen area, living room with a desk and couch, and bedroom. The owner is very helpful and quick to respond. I highly recommend this room to anyone!

A new apartment in town, clean and the owner is very organized, friendly and informative. The parking lot is a bit small as there are only 6 rooms for the whole building. The electcity is not expensive, just a tiny bit more than the government rate, water is 15 THB / unit. Bedsheets can be arranged if needed for a short term rental. Highly recommended.

Modern and brand new apartment conveniently located in downtown Prachuat Khiri Khan. Very clean and well-Equipped for a couple or a small family.

Supermarket, coin laundry, and a nice collection of restaurants within 100m radius. 10 minutes of walk from Prachuap beach. 12 minutes from the provincial sports stadium with 6 tennis courts where I play on a daily basis for free!

An enjoyable base to explore this beautiful but less-traveled province offering pristine beach and mountain experience.

Extremely friendly and helpful, hostess is an elegant Thai lady who teaches English at a school nearby. It makes the stay even sweeter.

This is an exceptional find in Prachuap Khiri Khan. The studio apartments are just the right size with decent storage space. They have tall ceilings with lots of windows so they feel very open and airy. The landlord lives in the back and is very attentive. The property is very clean and neat.
Location is excellent: a two-block walk to a nightly food market with lots of selection. A 5-block walk to the Friday & Saturday ‘Walking Street’ night market which has excellent food.
You’re also a short drive to a very large Makro, and Tesco-Lotus and HomePro aren’t too far either.
You’re less than a 10-minute drive from Ao Manao Bay Beach, which is beautiful. Best to go there on weekdays but even weekends aren’t too crowded.
The rental cost is about half what you’d pay in Hua Hin and the small-town peace and quiet is worth more than money.

I have been staying at Baan Bailarn for the past three months. I can honestly say it is the best accommodation I have stayed in. The location is 10/10;
Cleanliness is 10/10 and the landlord is extremely friendly. Baan Bailarn is fully furnished with the most comfortable bed. I would definitely recommend staying here.
