Friendly place. I forgot to take pics of the place but really nice clean rooms with friendly and helpful owner and neighborhood locals being so friendly.

We stopped overnight on a motorbike run between Chang Rai and Nan. Could not have picked a better place to stay at these prices. Very clean rooms, fridge, kettle, coffee and water. Very friendly owners.
Had an amazing evening at the family run shop across the road as the owner invited us to stay for a drink and play his guitar sat outside. They even called a teacher from nearby to help with translation - hello Moussy, thanks for your help. It was a pleasure to meet and chat with you,

Simple well appointed and decorated large room with bar fridge, TV Sat, fan, aircon, own outside chairs and tables own carport, flexible management approach, jug and bottled water. A jug for hot drinks. A Thai breakfast provided. No road noise at night. Firm mattress. Garden setting with various bird noises, subtle suburban music and a light touch of traffic noise.

We stayed here as a stop over between Phu Chi Fa and Phrae. Great little break for the night. Friendly hosts, clean, rooms, and amazing breakfast! Feeling refreshed and ready to carry on with our journey!

Cyclist here. Brilliant place to stay, big room, all faciliries, spotlesslt clean, nice owner, bike inside. 500 Baht.

The rooms are verry clean and tidy. The price is fair. The owner is unbelievable nice and caring. The breakfast is made fresh and super delicious! I have stayed there twice now! The garden is super relaxing and she has a small playful puppy. I can only reccommend this place!

Amazing staff, lovely area, can explore waterfalls and rivers nearby and Chiang Muan has nice markets to explore after swimming

The staffs were very friendly and kind, it is a very homely place. My family really enjoyed staying there:)

A beautiful place run by a very friendly host. Very welcoming indeed. Super clean and with a beautiful garden to rest. Plus, a Thai restaurant opposite. The best accommodation so far!
