This place was unreal! From start to finish, the service was incredible

Stayed here as part of our honeymoon and it was absolutely amazing. The staff, the atmosphere, the views, the rooms, the food, the amenities were all outstanding. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone. We did yoga and went out on a boat with snorkeling and swimming. If we had stayed longer we would have rented a bike or scooter and toured around the island into town. But we felt so serene relaxed and blissful at the resort that we just didn’t want to leave. Amazing spot!

This is a fantastic place to stay if you wish for exclusivity and quiet remoteness. The treehouses are just fantastic. Everything you could wish for is available. The staff are utterly delightful. Earlier reviewers have commented on the perceived lack of privacy. Yes you can see people walking up and down their stairs and yes you can see people sitting in their plunge pool area but that is at some considerable distance and if you stare!
There are hornbills aplenty here plus resident monitor lizards.
We just love it here.

The hotel is located far away from Yao Noi city center. There are everything that you need here.

The staffs are really good, kind and helpful.
Treehouse villa has 2 floors. The ground floor has small plunge pool will mini bar, the 2nd floor is bedroom. The decoration is great. View from the room is great as well. The size is large, clean and comfortable.

There are 3 restaurants including Western, Italian and seafood restaurant. All of them are very good.
Breakfast is very good. There are cook to order menu and buffet line for bakery, fruit and drink.

Due to the location is far away, we need the car service to the city or sightseeing around the island.

Lovely resort. Recommend for adult who need to take a rest in peaceful area.

Priced well above the Thai average……. But you get an experience that you won’t quickly forget.

Unreal experience. My gf and I got into a scooter accident and had to be evacuated by a boat. The staff helped me pack my stuff to get out quick and called the hospital the next day. Amazing place and people

Gorgeous scenery, on the beach whilst also in the Rainforest!

Food is incredible, no All-Inclusive options, be aware.

I was not even able to arrange transportation through the hotel because they refused to accept payment through anything but an online link, which did not work. They refused to accept payment in cash and insisted I use the online payment link, which did not work despite repeated attempts. Contacting the hotel to get this sorted out yielded no results. 5 start service means 5 star service. I should not have to do all this extra work because they refuse to accept cash like any other business.

The villas can best be described as "what you see is what you get": we were there on our honeymoon and it was perfect for that!
Super equipped, spacious, with great attention to detail. The villas are in great shape and are regularly renovated.

But the best thing was the friendly, mostly local staff, who made our day anew every day!

Located on a private bay, the hotel is only accessible during the day. We had a delayed flight when we arrived and the hotel immediately arranged a wonderful replacement accommodation for us and all transfers! This professionalism and friendliness carried through the whole holiday.

Uniquely private and quiet location that is very secluded (which is a plus and minus depending on what you're looking for).

Conclusion: great service, friendly staff, pure privacy and romance, 5* quality and luxurious furnishings, unfortunately including European prices that cost money - but we would and will do it again, you don't treat yourself to anything else ;)

A hotel that looks the same in the pictures as it is in real life. A clear recommendation and a wonderful piece of land on our planet, even during the rainy season. We wish the hotel and the entire team all the best and thank you for the nice, relaxing, smooth time.

Beautiful. Beautiful resort on Koh Yao Noi island. Very quiet, natural and peaceful resort. We bought packet for 3 days 2nights. It was one of wonderful trip. Room was very convenient and romantic. Each villa has its own pool and jacuzzi. Natural looking with bamboo decorated. There are some activities in the resort too that you could join. Food was good and tasty. Staffs were attentive and helpful. We had a memorable trip that enjoyed atmosphere so much.

Stayed in June 2023 for 3 nights on the Beach front villa with a pool. The villa was clean and new. Everything worked nicely. It could have been a little more private but there was a disclosure saying there may be people walking back and forth on the beach so that is acceptable. With the addition of more foliage would have been nicer as neighboring villas could easily see us.

Location: 45 mins boat ride from Phuket, overall the water was clean. However the beach was rocky. Swimming was possible during high tide. The beach was calm and there’s very little to no waves as we are tucked away and surrounded by neighboring islands.

Food: The food was tasty with a good variety of Asian and western cuisines. Every meal was eaten at the hotel and we did not get bored of the food (except for the breakfast).

Breakfast: Poor selection of food. Breakfast was below average and very underwhelming. Lacking varieties of hot food. Definitely not a 5 star breakfast, we have had better breakfast at much smaller/cheaper hotels. It’s quite obvious to note that they are trying to cut costs. All three mornings that we had breakfast, there was a minimum change of variety, pretty much the same foods for the entire time.

Service and Staff: The service was good. Staff were attentive and welcoming.

Bar: Good selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. A little greedy when it comes to charging separate for a soda. Eg. Ordering a Gin and Soda with a squeeze of lime, they charge for 350 baht + (7% VAT, 10% SC) for the gin and another 90 Baht + for the soda water. We have never come across this. So a Gin and Tonic cocktail would be separate tonic? Why not charge ice separately as well? I get it if we had ordered a bottle and they charge separately for mixers, but ordering drinks by the glass and charging for mixers separate is imo a rip off.

Room service: 50 baht extra charge every time you get room service to come to your room when you order food/drinks. This is in addition to the 10% service charge and 7% VAT. My wife and I are ones to always order room service for large quantities of food multiple times a day so we found this extra service fee to be excessive. Given the fact that there is already a service charge.

Charging 180 Baht for rental of the hotel kayak is also unnecessary as there are no disposables and should be a service for the guests. Stayed in multiple top hotels like the W resort in Koh Samui and kayaks and other water activities that were non-motorized were complimentary.

Overall we had a good time here and it was relaxing. We would recommend to check this place out, not a fan of the treetop but I can see why it’s a popular attraction. The little plunge pool in the treetop is far too small, that’s why we chose the beach front pool villa.

One of the best and totally AMAZING properties we have stayed at. The whole place is just perfect. We are vegetarians and the food was top notch. The villa was absolutely clean and so was our pool. The cherry on top was the unlimited Japanese Gin and Whisky. Excellent place and for sure worth visiting.
