Tabeak Viewpoint

We had the double room with AC. In reality the AC doesn't do much in the way of cooling down the room so it was often hot but we didn't mind. This place is a hidden gem. Affordable, clean, private, and have an amazing view and location. It's not luxury but it's everything you need!

The owners are so sweet. They can help you organize everything. The breakfast options are straightforward but delicious. We rented a scooter from the owner for a week and he recommended secret beaches, good restaurants, and took us to a nearby island for a day. He helped us organize all of our travel to and from Tabeak. We extended our stay twice and would absolutely return.

Great place to stay. Beautiful view over the bay where you can see the sunrise. The owners are very nice and will help you with everything, like advice how to drive a scooter, best times for swimming and advice on onward travel. Like they say “when you are happy I am happy too”. They also have a restaurant with delicious food and decent prices. If I even return to Koh Yao Noi for shure Tabeak Viewpoint will be my place to stay!

A lovely, quiet place to stay on the sleepy island of Koh Yao Noi. There are some bars and restaurants a short walk away, but Tabeak Viewpoint has its own excellent restaurant with reasonably priced Thai food cooked very well. I ate here most nights. The bungalows are all very nicely built, mine just had a fan but I would perhaps recommend going for the air conditioning as it was very hot some nights. Room had a fridge so if you take a moped (250thb per day) I recommend buying a few snacks and cold drinks to keep in there. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming, happy to help you plan activities and arrange taxis etc. I would happily return in the future.

We felt so welcome. The host family are so helpful in organizing and helping, i recommend booking every activity through them.
We booked 3 nights but after the first night we decided to stay 5 nights. Of the 5 nights we ate 3 times at the restaurant, great food and value. We were sad to "have" to continue our journey, we could have stayed on Koh Yao Noi for the whole 2 weeks.

We spent 3 nights there at the end of March and we split in 2 bungalows. The reviews on booking websites were encouraging however we didn't have a great experience.

The accommodations and the overall estate are dated and could really do with an update and a bit of love and care. The views however are great and really make up for the rest.

Overall we felt that we paid a lot of money in comparison to other much more recent places on the island.

We didn't feel much welcome neither and the owners barely spoke to us on arrival and during our stay.

Lovely place. The owners are very nice and helpful. We enjoyed renting a scooter from them. It was clean and they helped us to set up some excursions. Food was good. Would stay again.

Awesome views and accommodations, but the hosts were exceptional: accommodating, attentive and in tune with the guests' needs. I was even welcomed with a sign with my name on it You can rent mountain bikes, motor scooters, and dine here from 8am-9pm - all for affordable prices.

Probably some of the best views on the island can be had here. Owner is super friendly and helpful. They offer meals on site from 8am-9pm which is convenient. They also offer motorbike and bicycle rentals—also convenient. It was 250 THB a day for an automatic motorbike (bike rental is a necessity by the way if you want to really see the whole island). There are also some good restaurants within 10-15 minutes walking. The beach is about a 5-7 min walk. One recommendation though if you’re staying here, get one of the rooms with a/c. We were either too hot with the windows closed or ate up by mosquitoes. Great experience regardless.

Excellent place with a wonderful view and impeccable service. Good in the restaurant is one of the best in the island!

Chillen, cosy and the owners are very very nice People. A lot of Nature and wild animals but no party. Which is very relaxing. U must see this

Rooms are basic but, clean and comfortable. Really nice hosts who are extremely welcoming. View to die for!

Great place with stunning views! Owners are super friendly, you can book a boat trip there as well. Rooms are clean, spacious and with mosquetiers over beds! Recommended!

Excellent ratio price/quality. 9 bungalows on the hill with amazing seaside view. Rooms are simple and clean (every 2 days they clean the room and change bedsheets, towels), super friendly owners, good quality Thai food at very good prices in the restaurant (they sell also beer can 80 THB), close to a sandy beach with some bars/restaurants (Green Coffee is good for espresso, cookies, shop with beer and other drinks). If you find availability and stay longer choose a bungalow with hot water. Bungalows with cold water means very cold shower (not heated solar). You can rent from the owners bicycle or scooter, which is a must to explore the island. It is really beautiful and surprising, but you need at least 5 days to go into the deep!

Beautiful views and very friendly kind owners. Good price, the rooms are spacious and clean with lovely balconies.
