Sava Beach Villas / Elite Havens

What a splendid experience our family had at Villa Roxo! We were a group of 5 adults and 2 kids (3 and 6) and stayed for 4 nights. Our days were spent mostly in the pool and beach, and during the hottest part of the day after lunch, we played board games, watched tv, napped, and the adults did massages as well.

The villa was huge and clean, and there were alot of entertainment options - table tennis, kayaks and body boards, foosball table, a mahjong set, bicycles etc. Villa Roxo is a great place to just unplug and chill, and spend quality time with family.

Granted the location is far from the tourist traps eg phuket old town (1 hour) and Patong (1.5 hrs) and there is nothing much to do around the villa, the draw is that we were away from tourists and had the amazing beach pretty much all to ourselves at most times.

Finally, the crown jewel of Villa Roxo is the staff. Khun Tida and Khun Dada were amazing hosts who helped us with everything we needed from shopping for our provisions and food, to keeping the house spick and span - deliverying impeccable service with warm and friendly smiles every time. Khun Koy was our chef and she has a magical touch in the kitchen, delivering first class food, whether Thai or Western, every single meal. We all over ate but it was very much worthwhile. All 3 of these ladies are amazing and made our stay very comfortable and memorable. Thank you so much!

Worst possible booking experience, highly recommend against booking with them as they will extract you for every possible dollar.

We stay in Villa 2, the villa is a bit tired and needs some refurbishment to justify the rental price

What a stunning location - a must go to place if you like peace and quiet away from all the tourist madness

Our friends booked 4 of these villas. 3 of the beach front facing ones are with the same layout. 6 bedrooms huge living rooms! However please note each villa has slightly different decor and items due to separate owners.

There's 1 staff staying in the house, the others just come in during the day. Such as preparing food for you in advance. However the menu is not exciting.
Security is not an issue but you can't lock the main doors, so to some that is a concern. They do limit the number of people that can be in the villa, however that doesn't apply to the outdoor area so it's really fun in the pool and barbecue area.

The remoteness of the place seem to be the only cons, so please consider renting a car to do some grocery shopping. Also wi-fi is weak in some locations. But overall super clean and so huge! Make sure you come with a huge crew.

I have booked the whole estate (All 7 villas) of SAVA BEACH VILLAS for my wedding this coming end of the year and I am very unsatisfied with the management already due to their inflexible and which I think they are not making sense at all. They are not being helpful but the only thing efficient is to chase with settling the payment but they never fufil any of your requests. I will never recommend this hotel to any of my friends. BABA Beach Club is a nice hotel right next to them as an alternative. This is not the experience you would like to go through with SAVA when you are spending this amount of money.

Simply an out of this world over the top luxury experience. Massive luxurious 6 bedroom villa with swimming pool and private beach at your door step. Rental comes with a personal chef and waiting staff. In room massage and driver also available for additional fee. Hands down the nicest place I have ever stayed in my life. You will feel like royalty or a movie star.

Loved every moment. The villas are stunning. Staff very helpful. Draw back. The management extremely inflexible, so if you want to do anything out of the box it will be difficult

Went to a wedding at Sava Villa (Villa 4). It is an ideal place for wedding and of course, after party afterwards. The rooms are clean and comfy. Yet, service of the staff at Villa 4 is terrible! They refused to serve us coffee after breakfast. Even more, the bouquets' of the bridesmaids which we placed in one of the rooms were gone the next day. Our bride asked the staff many times and they finally took the bouquets out from their rooms (with one broken). Their DISHONEST act made our bride really upset. We do not want to accuse anyone but I hope the management can follow up on this. Or else, it is really hard to recommend people to host their weddings or spend their holidays (even the Villa itself is nice). Maybe they should just avoid going to Villa 4.

Perfect. That's all you can say about your stay here. Great quiet sandy beach. Service staff are excellent. Perfect place to relax and forget about the world and your troubles.

Villas and service was good. Only downside was location. Quite far from sights and nightlife. Perfect if just looking for a place to unwind and relax.

Great location for a true get away vacation. The relaxing feeling you get when you are visiting make you forget the rest of the world. Plan to spend all your time in the Villa's as treks into Phuket itself are time consuming and frustrating with the heavy traffic.
