Stopped by for lunch & beautiful view. The food was fine, a bit pricey, but overall we did really enjoy it.

Wow what a experience at this hotel, secluded up on the hills with zero noise and just a peaceful stay in the middle of the jungle. Rooms were beyond what we expected with jacuzzi on the balcony and amazing views on the sea. The staff went above and beyond what we usually expect from a hotel and I hope that at point in my life that I get to stay here again.

อาหารอร่อย บรรยากาศสำหรับคู่รักแต่ห้องนอนรังนกไม่ค่อยอยากแนะนำสักเท่าไรเพราะมีความรู้สึกเล็กไป ห้องนอนสะอาดมาก บริการ10/10

We did not stay in the hotel but we came for the restaurant and the views of Phang Nga Bay. What a spectacular view and a beautiful facility! We did see the pool and of course the view point. The views from the restaurant are just stunning. The food was good but not really outstanding. The service was solid but a little slow. The prices were a little higher than the area for food, and the accommodation is definitely expensive, but I think this is because of the views of the bay. I would have rated it a five if the food was a little better and the service more attentive.

Seldom post a review but this place definitely deserve one! Spectacular sunrise view and super friendly workers (eventhough they don't really speak English, they will try their best to understand what we asked for and serve you whole heartedly. Food and drinks were pretty good, especially their green curry and fried fish However the tent was abit hot with a lot of mosquitoes (as expected). Overall its a pleasant stay for a night

วิวสวย เค้กอร่อย ค่าเข้าคนล่ะ 50 บาท เรานั่งกินน้ำอาหารที่โต๊ะยาว มีอีพวกมนุษย์ทั้งหลายมานั่งบนโต๊ะที่เรานั่งกิน คืนพวกมึงไม่มีมารยาทเลย ว่าแดกแล้วยังทำมึน คนไทยเรานี้ล่ะ ทั้งหัวดำหัวขาว พาดตกลงไปหน่อยนะจะสมน้ำหน้า เราก็ได้บอกกับพนักงานที่นั้นแล้ว พนักงานก็บอกทางเราก็ไม่ได้ให้นั่งค่ะ คือมึนไง คุณควรเอาป้ายมาตั้งนะ ห้ามนั้งพาดตกลงไปมันก็เป็นเรื่องใหญ่ เซ็งนั่งแดกหมดอร่อย

เป็นอีกสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว ที่มีวิวทิวทัศน์สวยแบบธรรมชาติ ไช้เวลาเดินทางจากตัวเมือง พังงา 30-35 นาที โดยรถส่วนตัว (จังหวัด พังงา) เราสามารถค้างคืนที่ เสม็ดนางชี วิวพอยท์ มีเต้นท์ให้เช่า ห้องพักรวมอาหารเช่า️ หรือจะไปนั่งดื่มกาแฟ และเครื่องดื่ม ทานอาหาร กับคนรู้ใจ กิ๊กกั๊ก แต่กาแฟ ราคาจะสูงไปหน่อยนะครับ ขอแนะนำนะครับ ถ้าเป็นช่วงเช้าหรือช่วงเย็นๆ อากาศจะดีม็วกกก ตอนกลางวันจะร้อนสุดๆ ไม่เหมาะกับผู้สูงอายุ!

It has very, very delicious chicken burgers! Very!
Good selection of cakes, ice creams and drinks incl coffee. However this is not for food.
Lower level restaurant is for food, however they need to work through the names of places to make sure people know what to expect.

Lower: food, drinks, also good views.

Can't say anything about their rooms, this place is still under development in Jan 2020.

This resort is quite a different place to visit. Its located on a mountainside with a very steep road leading up to it. Once you arrived you will see the amazing view over the Phangnga bay. They also have a restaurant facing this beautiful bay. Worth a visit. If you prefer a tent instead of a room its available.

We stayed here for 3 nights and we tried 3 different rooms. The best one was definitely the wooden one. With a beautiful view and the new pool! This place has an amazing panorama and it's worth it.
The only thing that I didn't like was that the place is open also for tourists that they want to take photos of the view. They can also have breakfast or lunch at the restaurant and it becomes a big confusion that you can wait for your order for more than one hour because the priority goes to the tourists and not to the guests of the hotel. And the last one and very important they don't speak English which made difficult to communicate with them.
I would definitely go back and try the new rooms under construction!

Let me share a very honest review about this place. Let’s just get the main thing out of the way: Yes the view is amazing but this is where it ends.

The hotel is completely unorganised. Clearly there is no General Manager or someone managing this place. Logistically it’s a mess.

There is no segregation between hotel guests and visitors. This means that you might not get a table with a view or priority in one of the trucks taking you up to the hotel.

We stayed in a deluxe room and it was extremely basic. The bathroom smelled horrible and the shower barely worked. There were also ants all over the place and stains etc. Our room was also next to the kitchen so we heard them cleaning whilst we were trying to sleep.

The food is ok, but they’ve recently changed all the prices and increased almost everything by 100THB. However the service was terrible. Our breakfast in the morning never arrived and our main dish in the evening arrived 1.5hrs after we ordered and after we cancelled it.

This place has potential and they are building new villas etc. But at the moment it’s rundown, it’s rough around the edges and it’s a organisational mess.

If you’re only after the view, Id recommend arriving here at 5: 45am and staying for a coffee.

Stunning but Overpriced considering it's right across the street from local slums. Made me feel bad for the local community and wonder if this business donates or assists the area it's in.

I had high expectations of Sametnangshe because of all of the reviews from previous visitors. Yet, Sametnangshe exceded these expectations.

The new pool is now built and it is amazing, with the same amazing view across phang nga bay. It is very big, has a cascading edge and a waterfall. These is also a smaller jaccuzi-like pool with water jets.

Our room has the most spectacular view, and view from side window and I cannot wait to see the sunrise.

Dinner was also amazing. Cost THB 950 for two course (shared starter) with drinks, pricey but worth it. Book early for a table with a view as the front table get booked out.

The reception is very professional. There is a conceirge service from the car park up to the room.

View is spectacular. Even on a cloudy day!

อาหาร ราคาตามสไตล์สถานที่ท่องเที่ยว รสชาติจัดจ้าน อร่อย หากไม่ทานอาหารก็มีน้ำ ขนมเค้กให้ทาน โกโก้ กับมะนาวโซดาอร่อย มีที่พักเป็นเต้นท์และห้อง มาช่วงอากาศเย็นน่าจะฟิน

First, all the reviews above are correct with amazing views and service. But there seems to be hidden secrets going on with this business. They are over charging for a room with a Thai style hard bed, no cupboard to store clothes, just a hanger and they don't want to give an invoice because they are not submitting their taxes to the Thai Tax Revenue Department. This means they are pocketing most of the money they make. Also, this is another reason why they can invest in expanding their resort with construction going on. Even though they provided 10% discount, they were hesitant about the tax invoice. My advice, stay away or just come for the view but not for a night. Not worth it!
