Riverside Thai Cooking Class

I booked the cooking course at Apple with my children very spontaneously and actually expected it to be canceled because it was really at very short notice. I was all the more surprised to receive confirmation. Communication was very unproblematic and uncomplicated. As agreed, Apple picked us up personally and on time at the hotel. The first stop before cooking was the market. It wasn't just a quick buy and go, Apple explained and showed us a lot of things. My children asked a lot of questions and were able to touch, smell and look at things. After shopping and a short drive, the cooking class started. The kitchen is very cute, open and on the river. The cooking areas for the dishes we selected were already prepared and prepared with the ingredients that we did not buy fresh. We were handed the soft drinks for the first time and then it was said: “Put your aprons on and go ”. Each of us was responsible for a dish and Apple managed the timing of the preparation excellently. We got a lot of tips, Apple is very patient, funny, warm and helpful. My children had a lot of fun cooking and working with Apple. When the food was ready, we were all very excited about the result and it was delicious. Since we finished cooking and eating so quickly, Apple made vegetable carvings with us, which can be used as plate decorations. It was a great experience and not just cooking. We laughed a lot, ate delicious food and learned a lot. Apple was immediately very likeable and was quickly taken into our hearts. We will definitely be back, thank you Apple for your hospitality.

Wonderful experience. Apple was very kind and explained everything. She took us to the market to buy some ingredients and then we cooked in her beautiful kitchen with mountain views. We cooked tofu spring roll, aubergine stir fry and chicken massaman curry.
