การบริการดีมากโรงแรมสะอาดครบวงจรมีร้านอาหารเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ร้านกาแฟคบอยู่ในสถานที่เดียวแถมยังมีบริการนวดสปาอยู่ภายในโรงแรมบรรยากาศภายในห้องค่อนข้างใหม่ติดปัญหาเรื่องของน้ำไหลช้าในห้อง พักแต่ไม่มั่นใจว่าเป็นทุกห้องไหมราคาถือว่าสมมาตรฐานบางช่วงมีโปรโมชั่นได้ราคาถูก

ห้องพักสะอาด สบาย มีสระว่ายน้ำ ราคา จองผ่าน agoda 990 ฿ แต่หาก walk in 1200 ฿ ไม่รวมอาหารเช้า อยู่ใกล้ๆ ตลาดโคกกลอย และไม่ไกลจากหาดนาใต้ หาดปิหลาย

I cannot understand the last reviews. The hotel was nice, clean sheets and with a restaurant inside. Perfect for one night and with a good price (46 euros). The room was clean and the bathroom was very big.

Stayed for 1 night to watch the sunrise at samet nangshe.
Room 808 was very good, there were towels (bath and face for each), cotton swabs, shower cap, soap, gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion.
Great pool. They gave me a coupon for a free drink (although there was no choice, they offered fruit juice) and a 10% discount in the restaurant. There is a gym. The staff is nice and polite.

The only thing I didn’t like: on booking, the hotel costs 890 baht, but we were offered a room for only 1,200, citing the fact that there was no room from booking (why is it put up for sale then?). Unfortunately, it was not possible to book at Booking at that moment, so I had to overpay.

Well, you must understand that the hotel is on the highway. There were also geckos in the room)

The accommodation is tastefully furnished and looks very nice at first impression. The entire area is surrounded by greenery and palm trees. It is quiet here during the day. Only 6 sunbeds by the pool. Unfortunately the rooms are dirty and there is mold everywhere. Everything from bird droppings on the terrace

Horrible hotel with the worst service and NO HOT WATER for the shower and dirty sheets. No one speaks English, they have a very loud bar on their property so you won't sleep (we asked dozens of time to turn down the volume) and it is the worst possible location with no way of other transportation that 3 000 baht for 30min drive. Don't stay there!

Beautiful place to stay. I had one of the garden rooms. Clean, a/c, nice little living room and porch. Get a real wooden hut in the jungle vibe. If u don’t mind the sound of nature at night awesome stay.

Regret we had to post this as no one spoke good enough English, that is not a complaint. Stayed here last night in room 301 Tree House room which was very good. Had a meal at the restaurant and returned to our room about 8pm. About 8.30 very loud music started with a very deep thump thump until 12 midnight. Impossible to sleep. We seemed to be the only ones staying. Clearly no thought given to guests, a pity as it's quite a good resort. Also no breakfast available. Check before you book.

ที่อยู่ในกูเกิ้ลสับสนมากคะ ไม่มีการอัพเดท จองโรงแรมนี้ไว้ GPS พาไปแถวทางเข้าเสม็ดนางชี พอขับไปถึง ไม่มีโรงแรมอยู่จริงคะ ต้องโทรไปถามพนักงาน และได้ที่อยู่อื่นที่ห่างกันไปอีก 10 กิโลเมตร ใครที่จะจองที่นี่โปรดระวังไว้นะคะ ถามพนักงานก็บอกว่าแจ้งทางผู้จัดการไปหลายครั้งแล้ว แต่ยังไม่มีการปรับปรุง เสียเวลามากคะ

We booked this hotel via booking.com and received multiple confirmation emails prior to arriving. On arrival the reception said that they hadnt received any booking information and therefore had no room for us. We were handed pre-typed note saying they were experiencing difficulties with some bookings. Manager reluctant to speak to us on phone so we were unable to resolve issue. Still trying to get refund as had to book alternative hotel as booking.com did not offer alternative accommodation in time. Dissappointing service from both hotel and booking.com.

The resort is nice and clean. The staff are friendly and eager to assist you in any way. The rooms and facilities are all new and in good condition and there is a good restaurant on site with live music in the evenings.

ห้องพักสวยโอเค​ แต่การบริการควรปรับปรุง​ค่ะ​ เนื่องจากได้เครื่องดื่มฟรี2แก้วและช่วงเวลาเข้าพักดึกแล้วก็เลยจะมารับช่วงเช้าก่อนกลับ​ กลายเป็น​ไม่สามารถรับได้ต้องรับช่วงบ่ายแล้วเช็คเอ้าท์​ก่อนเที่ยง​ ไม่ได้ต้องการของฟรีแต่ควรจะแจ้งเวลาช่วงเวลารับที่ชัดเจนในใบลงเวลา5.00-1.00 ควรจะมีการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าไม่ใช่ปัดความรับผิดชอบแบบนี้​ ครั้งแรกก็ไม่ประทับใจค่ะ​
