This was the highlight of our trip to Koh Yao Noi. Mina was such a lovely host with great knowledge and tips which she readily shared with us. She also wrote down additional recipes for specific sauces/dishes that we wanted to learn. Unlike cooking classes that we’ve attended before elsewhere, Mina ensured that we were engaged throughout, guiding us in the preparation of raw ingredients to cooking of the dishes. 11/10 would recommend
