14 Wanted a local, inexpensive dinner and had seen it was quite busy here whenever we passed by so we stopped in. Lovely clean restaurant, friendly staff and the food was delicious. I wanted something light so opted for the chicken noodle soup … one of the tastiest I’ve had. Husband v pleased with his chicken fried rice and pork ribs in curry sauce. They do cooking classes too.
We’ll definitely return for more tasty food.

Die Speisen sind mit frischen Zutaten zubereitet, was man deutlich schmeckt. Hier wird sehr authentisch gekocht, zubereitet und serviert. Der Chef bedient höchstpersönlich, kann gutes Englisch und ist sehr freundlich. Dir Preise sind im Vergleich zu anderen "Touri-Restaurants" preiswert, was man aber auch am Ambiente sieht. Dies ist eher lieblos, spartanisch und damit typisch für Thailand. Das Restaurant ist leider direkt an der Hauptstraße, weshalb man nicht unempfindlich sein sollte. Uns war es das jedoch wert. Eigentlich wollte ich wegen der Lage und dem Ambiente einen Punkt abziehen, doch war das Essen so gut, dass ich in Punkto Essen einen Stern mehr vergeben hätte. Ausgleich.
Very authentic Thai Food but also Pizza and Stuff. The Lady running the restaurant is soooo nice and sweet and caring. Oh man she is like a grandme to me, she even waved us goodbye?
Das Essen war immer sehr lecker und die Leute so nett und freundlich. Das Lay Restaurant können wir nur empfehlen. Preise sind ebenfalls super. TOP!
Gutes durchschnittliches Thai essen.
Bedingung spricht so gut wie kein Englisch.
Cocktails entsprachen nicht den Vorstellungen (probiert wurden Mochito und Pinaculada). Strenger Nachgeschmack.
I ate here a few times while staying at the Haven. The food was better then what we ate at the resort and very cheap. Highly recommend.

Great food at great prices. Docking 1 star for low chairs on loose sand floor (that's being picky!).
We had our best food here in September 2016. There is no better place in Khao Lak and we tested a lot of places while on vacation. Very friendly personell very good drinks and food.
Next time we re there I will bring some football shirts for the staff as a gift.
Nice restaurant, nothing fancy, good well cooked food. Prices are very reasonable, service is friendly and quick.

Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut, die Portion war normal ausreichend, der Preis günstig und nicht die übliche Touristen Abzocke. Einrichtung sehr einfach. Das Personal ist irgendwie nicht für die Gastronomie geschaffen, sind etwas hölzern.
