Khao Lak Bayfront Resort

We did not stay here but rented two surfboards here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. That also says something about the hotel.

We paid 200 bath per surfboard, per hour, but were allowed to stay a little longer. Tomorrow again, thanks.

Very nice and quiet hotel. Located approximately 3.5 km from the city center. The employees are very attentive and extremely friendly. The beach area is beautiful and clean. You get the most beautiful sunset every evening. The Andalay Bar and the Gold Elephant restaurant with its bar are within walking distance. Fern, the boss of the Andalay Bar, is an absolute person and you can buy all excursions and trips through her as a private tour or with others at reasonable prices. Definitely try it. Taxi to the city center costs 200 baht (round trip) we rented a scooter directly from the hotel, which gives you flexibility.

The hotel is already quite old, but it still looks good and is able to offer good service to its guests. The territory is large, there is a lot of greenery, there are two clean pools and access to the beach. The hotel is located a little outside the city and it will be very inconvenient to get somewhere without your own transport. However, it is located almost on the border of the national park and you get picturesque views.
The rooms are spacious and clean. Looking a little old and dark, but overall still good. The staff is friendly. Breakfasts are good - varied and tasty. There are fresh pastries. It is a pity that there is no natural coffee. However, this is a normal practice in Thailand.

It is the most beautiful stretch of beach in Khao Lak. Everyone in the hotel is very friendly. The room (Deluxe Garden) was great with a relaxing chair, light from 2 sides, right by one of the 2 pools.
Toppers for the mattresses are available upon request.
Breakfast was also very good, but cocoa for children would be great.

This is how you imagine paradise, beautiful sandy beach, idyllic with palm trees, very quiet area, only birdsong and the sound of the sea, staff very nice, very fine cuisine, worth eating in the hotel, breakfast something for everyone. The next town with shops is about 2 kilometers away Also for about 4 euros a taxi is enough for the 4 euros you can also get a ride further

The best resort I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous facilities, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms, and high quality service.

The menu at Khao Lak Bayfront Resort is diverse and caters to a variety of tastes. From traditional Thai dishes to international cuisine, there is something for everyone. The chefs here are clearly skilled in their craft, as each dish I tried was expertly prepared and beautifully presented. The use of fresh, locally sourced ingredients was evident in every bite, and the flavors were vibrant and well-balanced.

The place is such a paradise. If you want to be away from your busy life this is the place to be at. The perfect place to get some rest and have fun.

Beautiful! No words can express my joy in staying in this accommodation, perfect for nature lover because it was located in midst of mountain and has a beachfront. Really loved also their Orchid Spa service, so relaxing.

I love Khao Lak Bayfront Resort! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The food was delicious, and they even had a variety of vegetarian options. The location was perfect, right on the beach, with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. The pool was great and the views were breathtaking. Overall, It was a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a great vacation experience in Khao Lak.

Relaxing atmosphere, large and comfortable room, acessories and many electrical plugs, sufficient WiFi, nice flat screen tv with hdmi and usb, nice view from the balcony, nice breakfast, cleaning ok, nice staff always always available for any needs, 2 nice swimming pools and direct access to the beach.

Schönes hotel in direkter strandlage. Der Strand ist ein Traum und sehr sauber. Im Hintergrund sieht man den Dschungel. Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein deluxe Zimmer bekommen. Diese sind wirklich sehr groß und komfortabel. Nur die matratzen sind steinhart. Auf Anfrage bekommt man einem topper, dann geht es einigermaßen. Der Balkon ist auch schön mit Blick in den tollen Garten. Im Garten liegt auch der Massagenpavillion. Die massagen sind super und man hat genug Abstand zum Nachbarn. Die Preise sind die gleichen wie im Ort und am strand. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Das Frühstück ist ok, aber leider immer das gleiche. Die obstauswahl ist sehr gut. Es gibt eine eierstation, aber wenig Brot, Brötchen und Belag dazu. Die warmen Speisen sind hauptsächlich asiatisch. Das muss man mögen. Das Restaurant ist gut, aber im benachbarten andalay Restaurant speist man besser und günstiger.

Große gemütliche und sehr gepflegte Anlage. Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen.sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Pool und Essen ist babytauglich, das war wichtig für uns. Zwar abgelegen aber direkt am Strand (Taxi für den Ort immer verfügbar). Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit dort!

Leider war das Poolwasser nicht ganz sauber (Badeklamotten verfärbt). Man darf beim Frühstück rauchen, das fanden wir nicht so cool (gibt kein Schild, was den Raucherbereich markiert). Die Liegen muss man ganz früh morgens reservieren, sonst hat man Pech gehabt - das ist so ein Quatsch und sollte verboten werden!
