9 สาขานี้ตั้งอยู่ชั้น 1 ในห้างโรบินสัน ศรีสมาน ร้านใหญ่พื้นที่กว้างขวาง มีประตูเข้า-ออกได้ 2 ทาง ที่นั่งเยอะแบ่งเป็นหลายโซนดูไม่อึดอัดค่ะ
น้องพนักงานดูเหนื่อยๆ ต้องรับออเดอร์ด้วย แล้วหันมาชงกาแฟด้วย ทำให้ดูรนๆ ตอนที่ไปช่วงบ่ายวันเสาร์มีพนักงานแค่ 2 คน ลูกค้าเยอะเกือบเต็มทุกที่นั่ง ทางร้านเพิ่มพนักงานอีกสักคนก็ดีนะคะ
พนักงานบริการแย่มาก ถามเรื่องหลอดทำหน้าไม่พอใจ แล้วตอบแบบหงุดหงิด ไปมาเมื่อต้นปี 2022 รู้สึกแย่มาก ราคาก็แพงกว่าร้านอื่นแต่พนักงานบริการแย่มาก, poor staff, not recommend this branch.

If you visit the shop outside the Robinsons mall opening hours, there're no air con in the shop.
The staff is attentive, friendly and helpful. My favorite menu is signature hot chocolate. It is creamy and tasty. This branch is kind of big, there are many tables we can choose to sit and enjoy the drink. The atmosphere is nice and cool. I suggest you to come early, so it will be less crowded.
Great Starbucks place. I like the staffs and the service here, very attentive. The place is lovely spacious and cosy.
