Old and run downed. No hot water (they even didn't tell us when checking in). No friendliness, no service. Breakfast acceptable.

Funny old style hotel, rooms getting tired, but one of few options in town, passing through stopped just one night, staff very nice, food ok, great coffee

ที่ไม่ชอบคือ น้ำเหม็นสนิมค่ะ อันนี้ต้องปรับปรุง แล้วทีวีทำไมไม่มีช่องภาษาไทยเลยมีแต่ภาษาอะไรไม่รู้ค่ะ

My room (508) got a view. Location is good, but the hotel is aged and need better maintenance.

Breakfast buffet o.k. Restrooms need a lot of tlc night shift does not speak or understand english at all

Horrible smell in the rooms, dirty and old, especially bathroom. Very noisy aircons. But may be only proper place in the region for westerns.

The Imperial Narathiwat is a 3 star hotel. It is located at the center of Narathiwat city. Their Thai foods are really good and suprisingly cheap. Actually the hotel foods are cheaper yhat the street food sold at the narathiwat beach.

Meh, grand relic of decades gone by, wall cracks painted over and sheets, bed skirt, towels, pillows, carpet, chair, toilet, bath, sink, panelling (everything) was dirty (unwashed) or stained, ragged, old and worn. The outdoor pool was clean.

ผมเป็นช่าง ไปช่วยย้ายเครื่อง ติดตั้งโปรแกรม ย้ายข้อมูล ทำอยู่สามวัน ผู้จัดการบอกผมยังไม่ได้ทำอะไรเลย. สรุป ผมไม่คิดตังค์ ทำให้ฟรี ไม่มีแม้คำขอบคุณ

ห้องเริ่มเก่าแล้วค่ะ เมื่อเทียบกับราคา เตียงเดียว 2,100 บาท (ราชการ 1,100) เตียงคู่ 2,200 บาท (ราชการ 1,200) แต่เป็นโรงแรมที่มีความปลอดภัยที่สุดในอำเภอเมืองนราธิวาส (คนในพื้นที่กล่าว) อาหารเช้าโอเคค่ะ

This is my 2nd time stay at this hotel for year 2018. I like this hotel. Price is affordable. Bed is comfortable. Free & safe parking. Food stalls just nearby. Toilet is good. Free & fast wifi internet. One of the best hotel in Narathiwat. Only complaint about the old TV box set. Sometime working sometime dont. But we dont care so much about the TV / dont watch TV nowadays. What important is fast free & stable wifi connnection.

สำหรับเราภาพรวมก็ถือว่าสะอาดพอใช้ได้เงียบสงบดีอยู่ย่านใจกลางเหมาะสำหรับคนที่ชอบแบบส่วนตัว ตื่นเช้ามีตลาดอยู่หน้าโรงแรม อาหารเช้าก็ดีค่ะ ส่วนอุปกรณ์ของใช้ภายในห้องก็กลางๆตามสภาพการใช้งานไม่เก่ามากแต่ก็ไม่ได้ใหม่จนเป๊ะ พนักงานน่ารักค่ะพูดเพราะ มีโอกาสคงกลับไปพักที่เดิมค่ะ

โรงแรมระดับ 4 ดาว อาหารเช้ามีอาการพื้นเมือง เช่น ข้าวยำ ไข่ต้ม ให้ลองชิม ห้องพักใช้ได้ free wifi 4 user มีสระว่ายน้ำ สั่งอาหาร เดินออกไปหน้าโรงแรมก็มีอาหารให้เลือกกินเพียบ

Hat auch schon bessere Tage gesehen. Absolut hervorragend muss man aber das Frühstück hervorheben. Preis-Leistung ist überzeugend.

โรงแรมเก่าใน อ. เมือง นราธิวาส โรงแรมมี 8 ชั้น ห้องนอนดูเก่าแบบวินเทจ รวมสมัย แต่มีกลิ่นอับพอสมควร ปลั้กไฟส่วนใหญ่มีแค่ 2 รู ปลั้ก 3 รู มี 2 อัน อยู่ด้านหลังทีวี ส่วนทีวีไม่มีช่องเคเบิ้ล ห้องน้ำมีอ่างอาบน้ำ โดยรวมแล้วให้ไว้ 3 ดาว

An old hotel. The room is adequate and the bathroom is clean. Overall the hotel is in need of renovation. Housekeeping dept does a good job at keeping the room clean.

The hotel was probably really nice back in the day but now it's very dated. Our room had a crack in the wall, hot water pressure in the shower was nearly nothing. The TV was a old tube tv with 10 channels on it. The room was 900 baht a night so not exactly cheap. Good news.is the breakfast was good. The staff were great and the AC worked so that brings it up to 3 stars from two.
