Loei Palace Hotel

Lots of parking lot.
Breakfast was excellent.
Not much line-up but all delicious.
Reception officers and others are friendly and always smile.
Grand deluxe room was huge!

The only one not impressive was the hotel quite old and heard a mouse-bite sound in the room. But all gives me a good experience.

Had rooms on the 4th floor. Large comfortable bed, new aircon very quiet, the bathroom is very large with a walk-in shower, everything has been renovated. The room is also large, lots of cupboards, a lot of things made of wood. Has everything you need. Enough parking spaces, pool and small, beautiful gym on the 2nd floor. Very friendly staff. Good location, very quiet at night. Large park right next door. In 10-15 minutes you can walk to the center. Breakfast buffet is also okay. I will definitely stay there again.

โรงแรมเก่า แต่ห้องก็ไม่ถึงกับแย่ แอร์เย็นฉ่ำมากๆ ใกล้ถนนคนเดิน รอบๆโรงแรมเป็นสวนสาธารณะ น้ำร้อน-เย็นไหลแรงดี ผ้าปูเตียงนอนมีฝุ่น นอนแล้วรู้สึกคัน มีที่จอดรถ พนักงานบริการดี อาหารเช้าถือว่ามีให้เลือกเยอะในวันธรรมดา ห้องอาหารในโรงแรมรสชาติก็ไม่ได้แย่

Clean, comfortable, most of all - really fantastic staff. They went above and beyond to help me, and it's much appreciated.

ห้องพักกว้างขว้าง เตียงนอนสบาย เงียบ สงบ พนักงานบริการดีมากได้รับการต้อนรับที่อบอุ่น ทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมืองเลย หาของกินไม่ยาก อยู่ใกล้สวนสาธารณะบรรยากาศดี ประทับใจมาก

Very strange open architecture to the lobby area. The hotel is ageing and attempts to renovate have not gone so well, for example not painting up to the fittings, removing the bath to replace with shower but not updating the plumbing (very weak water pressure, hardly a shower at all) and old leanings furniture. A positive the rooms are very clean. Bedding is clean and fresh. Thai breakfast is reasonable but international offering is very poor.

A little dated but for what I paid (£24) was more than happy. Really nice large pool and gym. 5 minute walk to Saturday walking street which has a good selection of everything. Right next to public park if you fancy a nice walk or jog in a comfortable green space.

The hotel is kind of old and not provide necessary stuff. Basically only room! But located in very convenient location. Staff very friendly. ️

โรงแรมใหญ่ภายในห้องพักกว้างห้องน้ำใหญ่แยกเปียกแห้งอุปกรณ์ภายในห้องดีทุกอย่างน้ำแรงแอร์เย็นเตียงนอนนิ่มบรรยายกาศเงียบมีอาหารเช้าเป็นบุพเฟ่ค่ะอาหารอร่อยพนักงานบริการดีมีโอกาสจะมาพักนี้นี้อีกค่ะราคาห้องรวมอาหารเช้า1000บ. ค่ะ

โรงแรมมาตรฐานระดับ 5 ดาวขนาดใหญ่เป็นอาคารสูงพื้นที่กว้างขวางมีสวนหย่อมในการดีทุกด้านอยู่ใกล้ถนนคนเดินอยู่ใกล้ตลาดแหล่งของกินอร่อยมากมาย

ห้องกว้างและสะอาดเตียงนอนใหญ่นอนสบาย ข้อเสียคือในห้องไม่มีกาน้ำร้อนและกาแฟให้ดื่ม ครั้งนี้มาพักแบบใช้สิทธิ์เราเที่ยวด้วยกันถือว่าคุ้มมากเพราะจากราคาเต็ม 1000 บาทรวมอาหารเช้าสองที่เหลือเพียง 600 บาทแต่ถ้าไม่รับอาหารเช้าจากห้องคืนละ 800 บาทเหลือเพียง 480 บาทคุ้มสุดสุด

ตามมาตรฐานโรงแรมระดับ 3ดาวไม่เสียชื่อจังหวัดเลยแน่นอนถึงแม้โรงแรมจะดูเก่าแต่ก็หรูหราและเก๋าด้วยคุณภาพ.

เป็นโรงแรมที่นับว่ายังคงมาตรฐานของโรงแรมไว้ได้ดีแม้จะเปิดให้บริการมานาน แต่ความสะอาดสะอ้าน ความโอ่โถงของห้องยังอยู่ในระดับดี อาหารเช้าที่บริการถือว่าคุณภาพและปริมาณดีมากหากเทียบกับโรงแรมสมัยใหม่ที่เปิดให้บริการในยุคโควิดแบบนี้ ข้อเสียของห้องมีเล็กน้อยคือระบบน้ำอุ่นไม่เสถียรต้องคอยปรับ และแอร์ในห้องเย็นมากแม้จะปรับให้อุณหภูมิสูงสุดแล้วก็ตาม

Staff were brilliant. Hotel in need of refurbishment. A cabinet fell of our room, nearly onto my foot and hot water tap in my room did not work at all.

Loved staying at this charming older hotel in Loei. Great location just a short walk to walking street. Rooms were very nice and great views of the mountains. Sliding glass door to the room to access the huge balcony was very hard to open and gets quite hot during the day. Comfortable beds and cool air conditioning. We had several meals at the restaurant and were impressed. Air conditioned seating in the dining room beside the wine shop with a decent selection for the area. Limited parking outside but adequate parking under the hotel.

Have to say that I was very surprised how nice the resort was despite being old but everything was very clean. The staff was very accommodating and we were riding motorcycles and they let us park in front which was very kind of them.

Frühstück auch in Continental Style und genügend.
