Villa Heaven Sent

Stayed for a week and loved every minute.
My family loved the villa, more than enough space for us all to relax. Ideal space for larger families or group bookings. 2 families could easily share this space.
Massive lounge room, leather recliners, big screen smart TV.
Split system air cons, fans and double ensuites in each room most with a bath. Fully equipped kitchen, board games, table tennis, exercise equipment, swimming pool, seperate pool house with bathroom and shower- the list goes on!
Special mention to the superhost Mark. It is very rare to find this style of accomodation in Thailand for such an affordable price to start with, however Mark is the perfect host.
Makes himself available to assist in any way if needed. Excellent local knowledge and loves an adventure. Mark also offered additional services such as airport pickup from Phuket, private longtail boat hire, numerous walks and hikes to local caves and beaches (off the beaten track type stuff), kayaking in the National park plus open water adventures, snorkelling, climbing, local tips and tricks for markets and good spots to eat which my family really enjoyed and definitely added that extra touch which you rarely find with Airbnb’s or private accomodation making our family holiday a special one to remember compared to staying in a resort.
He speaks excellent English and is great with kids, my 10 year old son had an absolute ball.

Fantastic Villa with great facilities in a perfect location. We stayed here in January 2023, a family of 5 adults. There is lots of space inside and out, for parties even larger than ours. The pool was great to chill out by. There are a few restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. If you want something more lively then Ao Nang has lots of restaurants and bars and is a 10 – 15 minute by Tuk Tuk or local minivan service. There are some stunning beaches that you can get to from the pier, including Railay, which is a few minutes walk from the Villa.

Mark, the owner, was fantastic and has great local knowledge. He was always on hand and took us to some places we would have never found by ourselves, in fact I don’t think many locals knew about them. He was always available but never overly so.

It's a lovely villa to stay at very spacious, all the mod cons fantastic swimming pool, very close to the beach and good restaurants and local shops near by, great for big families nice sized bedrooms and plenty of space to accommodate all the family and friends can't wait to get back here for another fantastic holiday and a great host.

Awesome pool villa with 2 floors, several bedrooms and very stylish interior. Fully equipped kitchen and all comforts you can ask for. The staff is very friendly &professional- and also able to arrange all the local activities & adventures both on& off the beaten track.

Truly a piece of Heaven, this lovely Villa is beautifully decorated, with a lovely garden filled with ponds, scented flowers and a lovely pool.
It is well appointed, with 4 bedrooms, each with ensuites, as well a a very well equipped kitchen.
Close to Ao Nang, the Villa is an ideal holiday spot for families or groups of friends. A great place to stay.

Exceptional premises and 6 star service!

Mark Leo was an excellent host from start to finish. He made sure all my needs were met and the only dissapointment was I could not stay longer.

I have never felt more at home in this amazing villa and to top it off a very top notch owner. He also does amazing adventure tours so be sure to ask. As you can see we had a great feast.
