This beach has the most beautiful views, watching sunsets here is simply magical. But for swimming, I think it’s generally not the best, and having swum here once, we didn’t repeat this mistake again) And when we often walk along the coast, we always feel the stench of algae and some kind of dirt near the water at all times, no matter what day we came for a walk.

Great beach, not crowded, with beautiful views. Parking on the road is quite possible. Cool place

This beach is a must visit during sunset. Beautiful, clean, surrounded by expensive hotels. There is no fuss and movement. Polite, caring hotel and cafe staff. A feeling of peace combined with the lights of the sunset colors.

This beach is ~30 mins away from Ao Nang. Beautiful, quiet place to spend your day. Do time your visit for the high tide as the sea is shallow and less picturesque in low tide.

The beach is exclusive to the 5-6 stars hotels. I don't think it is accessible to public because there's no way you can get to the beach without going through the hotels.

The view of uninterrupted sea, as far as you can see. Nearby is a bridge for large fishing vessels.

Untouched beach, sand is average for thailand, and also very rocky so have to be careful when tide is out and walking barefoot, perfect for paddleboarding though, would recommend for the quietness and sunsets are amongst the best in the world.but not for the sand

Picturesque but not great for swimming. Lots of pricey exclusive hotels on this beach. Lots of broken glass. Apart from the view certainly nothing special.

Incredible beach - a hidden gem we found on our last day in Krabi. We loved it here and would definitely recommend you to come here too! The beach is kid-friendly, it’s shallow pretty far!

Frechheit!

My most favorite beach in Krabi after Phra Nang Beach! The view when you swim is very magical and the water is clear! The beach is sandy and yes there is tide like everywhere in the world! Even with the tide the scenery is very beautiful! There is also big trees that they provide a very nice shadow!

We reached Tubkaek Beach during our last day in Krabi and it was amazing farewell to Thailand. So open, so empty, so calm. I blew my mind there. Sea was warm - I have never experienced it so. Water is shallow and takes a while to reach the point where you don't touch the bottom. The advantage is trees along the entire beach so you can get hide in the shadow. There are several hotels along the beach where you can get food or drink, however prices are higher.

We stayed near ao nang beach, distance between ao nang and tubkaek beach is 18 km apx, this was the nearest sunset point from my hotel.we enjoyed A lot, ideal place for a quite and unobtrusive vacation.

Clean, beautiful and peacefull. As it's away from the tourist areas and kept clean by the hotels located there. Not many people.

Quite a decent beach with few visitors. The sunset is quite special with the low tide and the thousands of crabs that live there.

A really nice beach. It’s very shallow so tides will create a lot of beaches during low tide.

But unlike other beaches that’s rocky this one is mostly sandy. So high and low will just create more and less beach.

There is some nice places along the beach for lunch and dinner.

You’ll also get some spectacular sunset images from here as well.

Not very touristy, only people from the resorts. A nice day visit, but if youre not from the resorts, you wont be able to hire any kayaks or sups

It’s a quiet beach! Beautiful colour sand and water. Prefer this to ao nang and ralay. FYI Banyan Tree is opening up in April 2020 on this beach so probably the start of the bigger chains coming onto this stretch. Enjoy whilst still quiet and doesn’t have boats landing every minute! Lots of spots when you have areas of the beach to yourself. This was Christmas Eve 2019 pictures, so high season and it’s peaceful!
