When I picked up the car I was told to return half full gas, even though the form said full. The gas was not full in the car when picking up Reconfirmed and was told half. Returned at half and was then charged 4X the price of gas and a fee. The car was also smaller than I requested. Dishonest service and difficult location. The icing on the cake is they charge you for the time it takes to unload your car in the lot. There is no shuttle, I had to haul all my bags inside then back out to the same car to get to the terminal.
