The Terrace Restaurant

The restaurant is located above the main street and, as the name suggests, has a large, beautifully designed terrace. The service was attentive and very friendly. Drinks were refilled and the food was very tasty. The portion sizes are ok and filling.
We can fully recommend this restaurant.

We ate very well. The service was friendly and accommodating. It was a successful dinner all around. We were skeptical with a rating of 4.3, but gave it 5 stars because there was nothing that could have been better.

We stayed at the Dusit Thani Hotel and saw this restaurant right at the exit. We weren't disappointed, very nice service, delicious and filling food. Nice atmosphere. Coming in the 10 days we are there. Almost every day. We were also here with our parents. They particularly liked the large selection of cocktails.

Really welcoming place and staff. Everything we tried was delicious and we have been in Thailand for two weeks, so we have acquired some judgment. On the other hand, for less than 25 euros we have had a good feast to celebrate our last night in the country. I recommend it 100%

In front of the Dusit Thani hotel, a place to eat typical Thai food at a more than reasonable price! Yesterday I had a typical soup with fried won ton and fried shrimp that was quite good. Today, after having made an excursion to the tiger temple and climbing its 1372 steps at dawn, I am going to eat a burger to see if it regulates my pH. My wife ate some chicken skewers with peanut sauce that she loves! We have eaten here twice due to weather issues and it was very good!

Really lovely staff, good Thai food, good service and reasonable prices. As a westerner, I ate here several times, had cocktails and ice in my drinks with no issues. Nice, clean bathrooms. I really enjoyed the Beef with Basil and Chicken with ginger and onion.

I ask the chief if the sqiluids are fresh and he said yes. I ordered a bbq squids and got 3 small chinese frozen squids. They were like rubber, and they had a plastic bag taste. Spring rolls were good, also papaya salad. Personel was fine

I doubt about seafood freshness there.

It was the best place where i was eating dinners! Service is on the highest level always smiling and helpful. I'm looking forward to came back to this place

All staff is very kind and the food authentic and good. There is a real effort to make us feel good and want to come back. Very good value for money but not expensive at all.

What an incredible place.the best restaurant we have been to yet. Very kind staff with an extra eye for detail, delicious food and amazing atmosphere. We can only highly recommend this place

Disappointing meal, served raw chicken, which they took away and redid the meal but as it was dark, we could of missed this and been very poorly. Given a new version of the dish 20 mins later, still charged full for meal.

It seems many people still appreciate old-style service and style.

In other words, well-spaced tables decorated with proper cloth napkins and matching cloth covers.

The staff here are well-trained, polite and courteous.

The Terrace is a largish fine-dining restaurant spread over five levels - and can comfortably seat more 100 people.

On the Sunday night I went in January 23, they were 85% full.

My two traditional Thai meals only took a few minutes to arrive and were simple and delicious as you can see from the photos.

This is not authentic Thai, Tom yum for instance should be cooked for a while to get the herbal taste instead of just adding lime, sugar and calling it a day.
Generally quality is average to poor.

Excellent Thai Curry, Prawns and Calamari, some of the best food we had on our trip through Thailand.
The owner is a very friendly and fun person.
