Very good hotel for family holidays!
Kids fiendly - solid kids club with activities and babysitter.
Amazing food - breakfast buffet is one of the top, what I did saw in Thailand overall.
Activities - have a mini aquapark for kids, have a solid gym, very good pool.
Rooms- are quite big and comfortable with balcony. No view from balcony.

The only minus is location. You need to walk about 10min to beach. But thats not a problem if you like walking around the city.

The hotel was great, clean and affordable. The staff was very helpful by carrying our luggage up to the 4th floor since there is no lift available. When we arrived, they already opened the air conditioner to make our room already cool. They also gave us a strawberry drink during the check in process. There is a bath robe, towel for in hotel use and beach use, complimentary snacks, toilet with hand bidet and a mat for picnic at the beach.

The check-in and checkout process are also so smooth as they are being super helpful. The hotel's location is also great as it is just two blocks away from seven eleven and walking distance to Aonang Night Market. Good location with good hospitality provided

I'm confused with the Apple A Day accommodation here, but we share the front desk. I like this accommodation!

Currently operated by Apple a day hotel’s staff. Omg what an amazing service! Beautiful room and staff is amazing! And really close to the beach and food market! Highly recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of taking one of the tours offered by this amazing agent. From the very beginning, they were professional and attentive, answering all of my questions and concerns with patience and care.

The tour itself was absolutely breathtaking. I was able to see so many beautiful sights and learn about the rich history and culture of the island. The agent made sure to tailor the tour to my interests and provided a wealth of knowledge about each stop along the way.

I highly recommend this agent and their tours to anyone visiting the island. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that I had a memorable and enjoyable experience. Thank you so much for introducing me to this wonderful part of the world!

Great place and great vibes. It’s a complex of two hotels of the same company. They have an essential gym at the fourth floor and a sharing swimming pool. Even if it’s not very popular to go around with bikes, because everyone prefers scooters, they have free bikes to go around, we used them for the whole holiday. They seem to care about details, always fresh towels available for the pool, umbrellas if needed, and a lot of tourist tour companies are around the area. Staff was on point, they handle everything with a great attitude. Great place

Check-in was at the Apple A Day Hotel front desk instead due to construction that was going on the entire time I stayed here. I was given access to the Apple A Day swimming pool and will include a photo of their pool in the photos.

The room had the coolest matching robe and slippers in Krabi. The outside balcony had a day bed but it was moldy and the balcony faced where the trash would be taken out, and so it was very noisy on trash pick up day.

The service was fine and the staff was friendly, but the location wasn't the best. This hotel just felt almost claustrophobic next to 2 other hotels and you can tell when you hear all the vehicles drive by or in my case the 1 rude staff member who drove his truck with the radio turned up very loudly and early in the morning. Not an enjoyable experience. This person was extremely rude for doing this. I even took a photo so you know who I'm talking about. The person in wearing the blue hat.

So I came here over two years ago but just came to say I still think about how clean and comfortable the bed was. For the price, it’s so worth it.

For a hotell to work you need to take your clients complane serius. 3 times my card didnt work. And worst wifi ive experience in my life. If you book this hotel make shure you have internet another way 7 night been working 3 times normal. 3min connected 15 min unconected. But IF you dont mind having no internet i can recommend this hotel. For 3 of 5 star. A cheap hotel with good standard without wifi

I poor quality hotel that does not resemble the photos the rooms very uninviting drab and not very comfortable and I do not look anything like the pictures displayed on various hotel booking websites

Facility is ok as a three-star; but the front desk is a big pain in the neck that gets a negative one star. I stayed for three night at a hotel 100 meters up the road, 8icon — same money but MUCH more pleasant. (Sorry; just noticed the discrepancy in room rates. Actually I paid 100 baht more for the Capuchin than I did for 8icon. But apparently price fluctuation is a lot greater at 8icon which is now at twice the rate I had paid for).

Then too, there are the unseen. For example, non-Thai programs on TV do not play: the display is just a static screen shot. As another and perhaps related example, WiFi is incredibly slow: download at 0.21 Mbps — that is twice the speed of a 1970s serial RS232 telephone modem (remember those?) Finally, if I check out before 7: 00, I need to go to the front desk of a DIFFERENT hotel — now, would I have thought of that at 5: 30 in the morning, rushing to catch an 8: 15 flight, had I not asked when I checked in?

Bon acceuil, très belle chambre, le seul hôtel en Thaïlande où nous avions un mini bar bien rempli gratuit (sauf alcool). Superbe!

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms.
You get to use the pool of the adjacent hotel which is great.
Breakfast is ok, butbetter in the hotel opposite side of street (same cost unless you have package)

This hotel is right in the center of all the hustle of Ao Nang. Beach is 5 mins walk. Hotel rooms are clean and very spacious. They provide complementary snacks. Hotel staff is friendly. A great experience all in all.

Zimmer sind geräumig, Thai Sauberkeit, also Flecken im Bett und das Bad ist auch nicht so sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr frech, nachdem unser Taxi 1h zu früh da war und keine 10min warten wollte ist es ohne uns gefahren, die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption/Kaffe haben uns ausgelacht und sich auf thailändisch über uns unterhalten.
Sehr unangenehme Situation, sie fragten dann etwas treudoof ob wir noch zum Flughafen müssten und boten uns dann einen Transfer für einen deutlich höheren Preis an.

I am giving two stars not because the hotel is good.just because I had good company. The hotel is having very bad servicing and wrong information provided on their website.

They provided a bad customer experience on the first day when had to check-in.

They do not have their own swimming pool and Gym. Had to go to neighbour hotel for the same.

Ugh.let’s not talk about WIFI. I really think they should update their info as Hostel rather than Hotel.

Hotel is affordable and clean, room is comfort and big. Staff is friendly as well. The hotel is sharing the facility with Apple A Day Hotel. Daily breakfast at Apple A Day Hotel, and they do have game room there and you may rest there after you check out.
