Sweet Life Community Guesthouse reviews
7 It's a sweet time here.
Comfortable, clean, quiet neighbourhood, some stars in the night sky, so so so many neighbourhood cats (tell them I said meow), super nice hosts, easy check in, convenient kitchen with sharp knives and big woks. Balcony room has a view of the sea.
I loved doing yoga there at night with the moon light reflecting on the water, the sound of waves crashing, cool night breeze. In the day time you can monitor the cat shenanigans and eventually fall asleep on the hammock. Wake up and find the cats sleeping on the dry shore or around
The lady who cleans (every morning) and takes care of the place is sweet! I'm enjoying the feeling of everything being clean, not always a common thing while travelling.
7/11, restaurants and coffee shops all walkable distance in or near old town
Early morning some ladies sell food on the street (fried chicken, rice and meat/ eggs, Thai desserts etc).
The pier is a short walk away (and old town centre). Big open spaces and a silly park gym. Sunrise and sunsets are amazing, if it's not rainy ofcourse. I just love all the space!
The hosts also provide information about tours, bike rental etc, you can book through them as well.
Mon offers the best cooking class and Mayaan makes amazing videos on her YouTube channel, check them out.
I love it here
Thanks!
Very nice and clean house, the owner is so nice and kind to costumer. It’s worth your every penny
The place so clean and loction near the old town.price cheap if next time go there will stay again.
We stayed here for 2 nights. It was really lovely. Super clean and comfy with very friendly and accommodating staff. We felt very at home here. Thank you very much for looking after us!
It was awesome! Really recomended.
The room (for two) was aweosome (good view + the sound of the waves) and the bathrooms really clean. It also has a kitchen so you can prepare breackfast or any meal. If not, you are also close to Old Town, where you can find restorants with nice views of the see.
Nui, the receptionist was very nice and helpfull, she arrenged the tuk tuk that took us from the Pier to the Guesthouse, helped us renting a scooter (200 bat all day) and also hired the bus that took us to Krabi when we left.
Mon, the owner is also very cheerfull and its well known for his Thai cooking classes, and you get a discount by staying with them (I think its 600 and 400 bat with discount each).
We came to Sweet Life for their delicious lattes and cappuccinos (both hot and iced) multiple times. You can sit at the charming coffee counter and chat with Nui, the super friendly house manager who will make your coffee with love. We stayed in another place just down the road (Muchu House) owned by the same couple who owns Sweet Life, and absolutely loved our experience! Mon and Maayan are incredibly warm and gave the best recommendations for eating and exploring.
