I will say right away: my conditions for checking into a hotel were special. I moved in for one month.
Therefore, no linen, no soap, no cleaning. Nothing.
Buy your own linen. Wash the floors yourself. However, at checkout they asked for 300 baht for cleaning the room. That is, they took money for a service that will be done after my departure and which was not provided to me.
Laundry is also outside the hotel.

The ceiling fan is noisy.
The location is convenient for those who are going to the airport or working, as I am nearby.
There is hot water, but the shower sprays "in the wrong direction. "

It's so quiet, the store is across the street. It takes 10 minutes to get to the airport by tuk-tuk. But it happens that when you leave this hotel, the minibuses do not stop.

If you want to change dollars, euros, then you need to catch a tuk-tuk at 9 am and get to the airport. Again, these blue tuk tuks have their own map of stops. Sometimes they don't stop.
Therefore, sometimes it is difficult to rely on these blue tuk-tuks.
Nearby is a good but expensive Mother March store (towards the airport) and a meat and grocery store nearby.

Bon emplacement. Personnel pas très souriant et si vous arrivez à 13h15, ils vous demandent d'attendre 14h mais au moins ils vous gardent votre sac. Prés d'un joli temple chinois et d'un marché de nuit très sympa. Les chambres ne semblent pas très bien insonorisées mais il n'y avait pas grand monde donc très calme et confortable. Très propre. Chambre vaste et claire. Bien équipé et donnant sur la forêt.

Good location. Staff not very smiling and if you arrive at 1: 15, they ask you to wait until 2: 00 but at least they keep your bag. Near you have a pretty Chinese temple and a very nice night market. The rooms do not seem very well soundproofed but there were not many people so very quiet and comfortable. Very clean. Large and bright room. Well equipped and overlooking the forest.

I would not even give this 1 star. The place feels like a concentration camp. The welcome was stone cold. Very unpleasant staff. Did not feel welcome at all. They also knew that I was a single guest could not even be bothered to put the beds together! All round disappointing. Avoid all cost.

The property should understand when a mistake has occurred, not just to answer that the reservation is non-refundable! I do not recommend this type of behavior, I do not recommend this place!

Cheap accomodations. Large, but ugly minimalist room. You get what you pay for. Reception is friendly, but poor English.

The location it's ok because is close from the airport 1 minute by Taxi

The unlike was that you cannot eat lunch or dinner at the location and if you want a restaurant you cannot find and they don't know, the will send you to a market over road to buy some cold Thai Food. It's not to hard to prepare for you some eggs or some fried sausage with frozen fries because the have kitchen outside in the garden.

You can eat only breakfast 2 fried eggs with two hotdogs and coffee

And one more inconvenience is that your bathroom has a wooden door with holes in it and everithing that you make in the bathroom who is in the room can hear everything

Nice large clean rooms. Very close to the airport. Fortunately maps let us know that. We had an early flight and we were offered a taxi at 450 Bahts. I said really? It is 3.1 kms away. She said it was at least a 10 or 15 minute drive. I said we will take our chances and start walking. I was pretty sure someone would pick us up and if not it was still close by. We were twenty feet down the road (5: 30am) and appeared a mini bus to pick us up. Paid 200 bahts. Didn't bother bargaining. Don't mind paying a premium. Just don't want to be ripped off. It ended up taking less than three minutes to the front door. Message to the owner. We get it. You are offering a convenience and should be paid for it. Just don't be so greedy. Eventually people are going to call you out (ie now) and people will cut out the middle man. Trust me the driver was thrilled with his 200 bahts for three minutes work.

We stopped one night here, the room was spotless and large for this type of hotel. The bed was quite hard, good air conditioning and a fan as well. Good location to walk for a meal or 7/11 just be careful crossing the busy main road. It is well back from the main road so you do not hear any noise. Overall very nice.
