Shanti Beach House

We went here today for lunch with high expectations. Unfortunately we left pretty disappointed. Two of us waited 30 minutes for the food and the other two waited almost 60 minutes. The glass of prosecco was minimal, so even the fresh coconut. The food was okay, but I expected more since the prices are a bit on the expensive side for being Koh Lanta.

Food is superb quality and tasty. Well priced. Great service too. Well positioned on edge of the sea.

Sitting right on the shoreline, the sounds of the sea are amazing. The staff were friendly and warm, and it’s got such an intimate and fun vibe.

The food was impeccable - the sweet and sour deep friend fish, and the duck red curry were the stars, not the mention the clams!

Overall, an amazing evening and dinner - 10/10 recommend!

Yest another hidden gem. Home cooked Thai food of an exceptional standard, using fine ingredients. Staff speak great English and as we all know the three most important things ar location, location and location!

We had the fish of the day, fried rice with chicken, spring rolls, and French fries, followed by mango sticky rice for dessert.

Recommend making a reservation in advance because it gets busy in the evenings, and usually, that way, you'll get a table by the sea with a beautiful view

I want to go back for dinner because it feels like a quality place, slightly higher prices but it seems like a fair compromise.

This is one of the greatest places to eat and drink on Koh Lanta. Great drink selection.choice of 3 white and red wines. Food is incredible. Duck curry is ridiculously giod. Fish with green curry.calamari.prawns.everything, everytime I go is brilliant.
Such a beautiful outlook too.

We are total food snobs (from Melbourne) and this restaurant is maybe the best food we have had in Thailand. It’s above and beyond. We had the fried snapper with homemade sweet and sour sauce… it was life changing. You pay a bit more than the average restaurant but it still so cheap. Thanks Shanti we will be back!

This is more expensive than the typical restaurants on the island but worth it. There’s a board showing the fresh fish caught that day and my barracuda with ginger was beautifully cooked. The morning glory was also the best ive had. Lovely location, friendly staff and a chef that really knows what he’s doing.

Are you looking for the best place for Khao Soi in Lanta? Then definately visit this lovely place. Sometimes even you can taste nothern style sausage here which are amazing too. Coming here second year in a row and never get dissapointed with service and food.

We always go there to get drinks to go and watch the sunset at the beach right in front, just beautiful.

We felt absolutely comfortable here, the ambience is a dream, you sit by the water and it is lovingly furnished.
The food was excellent, it's a bit more expensive than usual, but for us it was totally worth it.
