Were there in February. Back then, the street view only showed land and a large empty square. At first we thought the accommodation didn't even exist.
But then we were pleasantly surprised. Very nice staff, newly built bungalows and super friendly.
We were also able to rent a scooter easily through reception.

It's not right on the beach and in the hustle and bustle, but if you like to walk for 10-15 minutes that's no problem at all.

We have enjoyed our stay. Our room was quiet and everything worked fine. We especially liked the beautiful bathroom. When it rains you can sit comfortably on the balcony and look into the well-kept garden and nature.
The owners are very friendly and always available and helped us with all our questions. We could rent a scooter directly on site and we could also book the transfer directly there.
We found the location very good, because you can quickly get to beautiful beaches with a scooter and at the same time you are on the street that leads to the old town. Supermarkets and places to eat are within easy walking distance.
We are very grateful for the nice stay and recommend the accommodation.

This was the 5th property I was staying at in Thailand and honestly by far my favorite! Each villa-style unit has its own veranda where you can sit on an evening. There is no noise, or disturbance of any kind. I loved the room I had, it was clean, modern, and very cosy. Not anything fancy but it had everything I needed, and exuded a unique, simple charm that I haven't found in any of the big hotels I've stayed at. The bathroom was perhaps a tiny bit on the small side for me, but I quickly got used to it. Within a few minutes walk there was a 7-11 store, as well as plenty of restaurants to choose from. The lady who owns this small complex was humble, friendly and helpful. I just feel bad that I forgot to give back her adaptor which she gave me to borrow, and only realized I still had it once I got to Phi Phi:/ As for the value for money, this has to be THE BEST deal I think I've ever had for a property - and I'm someone who travels frequently. In most countries, something in this price range would be 'basic' to say the least. All in all this was simply fantastic value for money and I wish the owner lots of success in the future, she truly deserves it!

We stayed 5 nights and had a really pleasant experience:) well-priced private rooms. Clean and good AC. Yes there’s some ants but they clean the room everyday so not a huge problem. Great location! 5 min walk to amazing beach and 7/11.

There’s only a few individual tiny houses on the property so it’s got a cozy feel. The owners knew us and were really really kind.

We rented a brand new scooter from them which was great too! The family was so sweet and helpful, giving us recommendations for the national park and places to eat nearby. I would recommend this place for anyone on a budget who likes privacy and a calm atmosphere.

I feel this is great value for what you pay. If you’re questioning whether to book do it!

Amazing bungalow rooms run by some of the friendliest people I met in Thailand.

Rooms are clean, spacious, and come with free drinking water. The units are separated from each other for privacy. The garden is nice too.

Most importantly, the lady managing the place was absolutely the best! She was friendly, helpful, and helped us in many ways to make the stay comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It's off the main street near Klong Nin beach so it's within a 5 minute walk to the beach and on a quiet steet. The rooms are new, spacious, and clean. Each room has its own patio area which looks out to a pretty garden area. It truly is peaceful here. We appreciated the bottled water that was provided daily and the packets of coffee/tea as well as the water kettle. We also loved that it's across the street to a great restaurant, the rasta chill restaurant which we highly recommend. In the opposite direction you'll also find a mini market and a muy thai gym and fitness center. Highly recommend.
* If for some reason this place is booked up, check out Andawa resort which is on the same street just a 2 min walk away. We stayed here as well and loved it.

Everything was amazing whilst we stayed here. Great location near the quieter beach of Klong Nin and it is walking distance to all the restaurants and bars in this area. The bungalows were brand new and clean.

The staff were amazing and made the experience ten times better, they were always there when you needed them and helped book experiences, transfers and also you can rent bikes in the hotel too.

100% recommend!

This hotel is a hidden gem in the area. You are very close to the beach, restaurants and a mini market place, yet it is absolutely calm and quite with a nice garden in front of the rooms.
It is completely new (2months) and the owners are very friendly and helpful.
They also organize trips for you and you can rent scooters.

The rooms and surrounding gardens have been a pleasure to stay in - high quality renovated apartments. The family owning the place have been wonderfully accommodating: managed our laundry service, scooter renting, fruit shopping on the island, extra towels, arranged our transportation when leaving the island, etc. We fully recommend it and would go there again!
