Sayang Beach Resort [Official]

Nothing to say, everything is perfect on the edge of a Sublime beach, magnificent and impeccable room, welcoming and smiling and helpful staff. Breakfast is varied with sweet and savory. A very nice stay and for me a little corner of paradise.

The boss can count himself very lucky; he has an excellent team. Everyone here does a great job. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend it.

Very nice little complex.we had a great bungalow with a view of the sea.the breakfast buffet was varied and tasty.the beach bar and the restaurant were very good.and we liked it and we would come back!

A very nice place to spend a few days of vacation. The resort is located right on the beach. The rooms are clean, the rooms are cleaned every day. Nice service. The restaurant at the hotel is really great. They serve freshly caught fish and seafood every day, which I recommend trying. Very tasty mango sticky rice.

The place is well located and staff is nice, but there are obvious things that need to be improved. I can only speak for the bungalows in the back, we got bungalow number 208.

Pros:

- Staff is nice, both in reception area and restaurant

- Food in restaurant is quite tasty, breakfast is totally fine

- The beach is quiet, swimmable and pretty

- Very quiet in the whole resort area

Cons:

- The bungalow is in serious need of remodeling. Everything inside feels and looks 30 year old with bare maintenence.

- There was mold in toilet bowl, the toilet seat is all cracked and discolored (extremely old). The shower head is barely hanging on the hook. I could go on.

- The room takes a lot of time to cool down with aircon. The aircon itself looks very old and ready for replacement.

- I slipped 2 times on front porch in slippers, wife slipped and fell barefoot in the bathroom. It can be quite slippery, be careful!

- The price we paid did not reflect the quality at all. There are far better deals to be had in the area.

Great place to stay right on long beach what an amazing place nice clear water and spotlessly clean all of the staff are really friendly the one thing I will say is you have to get breakfast early or else it gets low on food I don't think they top it up when it's gone it's gone will definitely return

Beautiful resort! The bungalow was super clean and nice. The staff was great. Loved the pad Thai and coconut shake I had at the restaurant. The breakfast was good enough. Really nice beach area. I definitely recommend this resort.

Beautiful stay in Sayang Beach! The bungalow was well comfortable, just next to the beach. We slept as babies with the wave sounds. Even if the weather was not so good during our stay (raining season), we spent a so good time there! Mr. Boon organised for us a tour to the national park / east coast (so nice!) and our travel to our next destination. Thank you so much, our stay was wonderful also thanks to you!

Mr Boon the manager is amazing and will take good care of you. The resort is opening in stages as the travelers return to Thailand. The rooms at this resort are beautiful and spacious and a very good value for the money. Beautiful garden atmosphere.love it.

Location is great. Calm and quiet atmosphere and near to the town.

Cannot go to the beach from hotel (being barricaded due to strong wind). Weather very bad, but hotel staff all very nice and helpfull.

When this place was built it must have been great!
The location on the beach is perfect.
But it needs renovation!
Everything was worn and had seen far better days.
Restaurant and bar are situated on the beach. We had our dinner there a couple of times. Food ok, but a little disappointing. I had expected a better experience after reading about it on TripAdvisor.
Boys working in the bar seemed to have a great time smoking "funny cigarettes"all the time.

Stayed here for close to one week. The bungalows near the ocean is where you want to be. We had the Rimley 1, which is a really nice place.

The ones further away from the ocean is a bit cheaper, and not as nice.

The breakfast buffet is nice and clean.

Over all this is a nice place that won’t disappoint you.

Cozy bungalows, not 5 star, but more than adequate for a beach holiday.

Good air-conditioning, large patio, good bed. Relatively private (ours was a corner unit in the garden area)

Only negative is the amount of plugs in the bungalow. There were only 2 plug points, and nowadays one needs a little more. But a visit to a hardware stall nearby fixed that. Bought a multi plug for 100 baht.

Everything is in close distance, massage, many restaurants, beach directly in front.

Motorbikes arranged at hotel. Laundry service at a fair price. Top!

Nice staff everywhere, reception or bar or housekeepers. Everyone has a friendly word, smile and advice if you need it.

All in all, I'd come back here. Anytime.

Very nice place with good location. The manager was kind. The receptionist was not very friendly and not very helpful, but everything else was ok.

A very nice and cozy resort with beautiful bungallows. The resort has a very nice restaurant (opened until 10pm) and a bar which is next to the beach (opened until late in the night). The check in process was very easy and it took a couple of minutes. The staff working here is of the most beautifull people you will ever meet. This is a relaxing resort so if you intend to relax and not partying then this is your place.

Tolle und schöne Bungalowanlage mit vielen Palmen direkt am Meer. Tolles Restaurant am Strand mit sehr gutem Essen und großer Auswahl. Frühstück war auch sicher lecker.
Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Organisieren alles transfers und Touren sehr schnell. Wenn wir wieder mal auf Koh Lanta sind, werden wir wieder kommen.
Bungolowas waren sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.

We are here one evening and not impressed. The nan bread tasted dry and cracked and service was slow despite not busy

Loved our stay at Sayang. Breakfast is not that great but everything else makes up for that. Restaurant at the beach has a lovely view, great food and the staff is really wonderful and helpful. Bungalows are small but nice. Would stay there again.
